You're the ignorant one for thinking that is a fair comparison. The kids we accidently blow up overseas have no idea it's about to happen. This woman willingly put herself into that situation that she knew could turn out to be violent. She would have probably made for a poor parent as well. Your logic is severely flawed my friend.

What "if" funding was set at $200M for a national campaign? What if broadcasters were required, as part of their taxation, to provide X hours of ads/public time for the debates/campaigning of each candidate?

There is a difference between peaceful protesting and violent protesting. Protestors need to realize that a few of them are breaking into buildings and inciting other violence. They'll all be treated the same as those few.

Her actions were certainly incredibly stupid, but that doesn't absolve the police or those that gave the orders of guilt. I don't understand why so many people here can't hold the simultaneous beliefs that she was stupid AND the police were wrong. Is this really that hard?
