Developer of pepper spray condemns it's blatant mis use at UC Davis.
They also go on to talk about how pepper spray is banned from battlefield use under the geneva convention... So it would be a war crime to use it and yet we've seen it be used non nonchalantly over and over again on peaceful protesters.
Apparently police have to get certified to even use pepper spray, and those misusing it were breaking policy and acting recklessly.

This.I think that no private funding for elections should be allowed at all. No corp, no union, no "anonymous donations from the WORLD wide web which we will pretend came from the US but not need to prove it", nothing but public funding.
