Police found out the group did not originally report the assault because they feared it would damage the image of the protest.

You, on the other hand saw only the same two signs I already mentioned, plus the small print on one I missed, and completely ignored the other 97% that contradict your delusions. Finally, you never did apologize for lying about that earlier list of "OWS demands". Much earlier in this thread you claimed a list of specific salaries was an OWS demand, with your usual ranting and screeching. The truth of the matter was OWS had actually rejected that list, and labeled it as such in the document you quoted. You lied and claimed it was an OWS demand anyway.

But from the article I read the Tea Party is also pissed at the City Of Richmond for requiring the Tea Party to pay something like 8-12k in fees and permits, yet OWS did not pay anything and is actually costing the city tons of money in enforcement and cleanup.
