That's an interesting claim... 20,000+ protesters... have anything to back that up?I'm saying there are tens of thousands of OWS protestors...

Ironically, it's the southern Democrat Party that can be traced back to the KKK...Only a small subset of Republicans are KKK members.

There were tens of thousands. I'm not sure how much it's fizzled out. Gotta be hard to protest when it's 15 degrees outside. I for one lost interest to an extent.
The OWS movement really proved how divided we are as a country. We have a huge portion of our population who doesn't care that they're being screwed over by an elite upper class so long as they can still goto mcdonalds and get a burger and fries.

#Occupy was going to occupy the capitol... or something... they even got a permit for 10,000 occupiers! Looks like they were about 9,700 short of that though. As one member of #Occupy said "there's a whole lot of energy here, even if there aren't many people.
Good news there was only 1 arrest for assaulting an officer and 3 for crossing police lines

Organizers had touted the rally, known as Occupy Congress, as the largest national gathering of Occupy protesters to date and secured a permit that would have allowed up to 10,000 people to participate. By mid-afternoon, the protest appeared to have fallen far short of those goals.
An apparent smoke bomb was thrown over the fence of the White House as hundreds of Occupy protesters massed outside the gates.
The crowds were dispersed Tuesday night and the White House was all clear. U.S. Secret Service spokesman George Ogilvie says there were no arrests in the incident.
A couple hundred protesters have gathered in the Financial District as part of daylong Occupy Wall Street-related demonstrations scheduled around the county demanding that banks end evictions and foreclosures. Traffic was rerouted through the area, as protesters spilled into the streets.
San Francisco Police Cmdr. Richard Corriea says the first arrests came when a group refused to move from their human chain blocking an entrance to Wells Fargo’s corporate headquarters.
Protesters are continuing to try blocking bank entrances, but police in riot gear and private security guards are chasing them away.
This shit is still going on?
This shit is still going on?
Yeah, it's not getting much national coverage anymore since it's a big negative for Democrats, but there's a few handfuls of diehard lefties that are still pushing it.

What does Soros have to say about #Occupy ?
"As anger rises, riots on the streets of American cities are inevitable. Yes, yes, yes, he says, almost gleefully. The response to the unrest could be more damaging than the violence itself. It will be an excuse for cracking down and using strong-arm tactics to maintain law and order, which, carried to an extreme, could bring about a repressive political system, a society where individual liberty is much more constrained, which would be a break with the tradition of the United States."
a lousy article, but here's the link.
