While he obviously has the gun charges & basic robbery, can he actually be charged with a high level robbery? Do casino chips have any real value in regards to the law?

In Nevada robbery is class b felony with 2-10 years in prison. Using a deadly weapon aggravates robbery in Nevada. The judge can add 1-10 years(but not more than what the original sentence is). So his sentence range could be anywhere from 3 years to 20.

Considering his bail was set at $15,000, it looks like he is getting preferential treatment. I still think in the end, he will have two separate counts of aggravated robbery and will get 8-10.
