i've read that the best way to overclock athlons is to use the multiplier. it seems that changing the multiplier will affect the chip speed considerably. so in order to optimize the clock speed do people lower the FSB while raising the multiplier? or does each chip have a max multiplier that is independent of the FSB?
i've also read that the difference between mushkin 1.5 and 2.0 is that 1.5 is good at cas 2 up to 133 and 2.0 is good up to about 143 or something. so since athlon overclocking is usually done by the multiplier and not the fsb, is it worth it to get 2.0 for oc'ing an athlon?
