LA HABRA, Calif.—`Octomom' Nadya Suleman has failed to file the proper paperwork in her bankruptcy case, opening the door to creditors to collect debts and allowing a foreclosure to go ahead against the house she lives in.
The Orange County Register reports (http://bit.ly/KMFV8L ) Suleman's case was thrown out Tuesday for failing to file a dozen financial documents and statements required to file for bankruptcy.
Suleman is an unemployed single mother of 14 children who became famous after giving birth to octuplets in 2009. Her octuplets are the world's longest living set.
Suleman had sought protection from her debts under Chapter 7 bankruptcy. According to the filing, she owes money to more than 20 parties, including utilities companies, her father and a Christian school.
A representative for Suleman did not immediately provide comment.

She is in a tough situation however. If she gets a job, daycare for that many kids is going to cost more than what any job will bring in. Not really sure what would be the solution here. Guess it's her fault for having that many damn kids in first place. She needs to close her garage. She pretty much needs to find a source of income that lets her stay home.

The company/doctor who fertilized her should have to pay her daycare. Why do we allow the companies that do this for people despite their ethical oaths to share none of the responsibility?

I don't see the problem with a $500 hair bill. She's got public appearances and interviews to try and raise more money/exposure. The outcry over it is retarded. Fact is, sometimes you have to spend money to make money and she obviously doesn't have a lot of options or opportunities.
