OCZ 2GB PC3200 Kits???

ZZF has three nearly identical OCZ 2x1GB PC3200 memory kits... all are timed at 2-3-2-5 and run at similar voltages. Could anyone enlighten me on the significant differences between these kits (ie. which overclock better, handle the most voltage, etc.)? I'd like to make a decision tonight since some of those rebates are ending soon.

OCZ 2GB Kit DDR400 PC3200 Titanium Edition
OCZ 2GB Kit DDR400 PC3200 Platinum XTC Edition

It's just the different heatspreaders. The Plat has the plat colored one, the Titanium has a darker color and the XTC has the new OCZ heatspreaders.
