I got a 8gig for my Canon S3IS camera and all I can say is wow, it great having it set to max and being able to take 6400 shots, or over 10,000 in its lowest setting. I am now going to hop on this deal so I can have a 8 gig mp3 player for my car

What is wrong with that particular card? I recently purchased This A-Data 4GB SDHC Class 6 card for what I thought was a decent price. Anything I should be wary of?

Anything <= 8gb is fine. That other 16gb has compatibility problems with certain products, such as being reported as Class 2 instead of Class 6. Your 4gb should be fine, I have a 4gb microSDHC also.

well crap, I bought two of the 4GB extreme 3 cards from beach camera on that other deal. They basically come out the same cost in the end but I would prefer all the memory on one card.

Yeah but the extreme cards are 20gb/s these are 6.

20gb/s? Wow, so that means you can fill the card in under 0.5 sec?

The OCZ is 6mb/s min so it meets class 6 spec. Mine seems to be faster then that, although haven't done any official testing. Even if its only 6 mb/s, thats fast enough for most people.

yeah, Class 6 is min transfer rate. That's all I need for HD recording

I got one of these in my Canon S3IS and has been wonderful! Comes in really handy for me when I take pics and videos considering videos take a crap load of space. On my lowest setting I can take oer 10,000 photos and in the highest setting I can take, I believe, 6000~. As if I will ever take that much at once, but I can
