Looking for opinions on which would be the better DDR3 to get.
Patriot PDC34G1333LLK DDR3 7-7-7-20 @1.7v
or
OCZ OCZ3P13334GK 7-7-7-20 @1.8v
The wifey is letting me rebuild another PC and I'll be getting the same motherboard that I currently have MSI P35D3 (has been rock solid stable for me so far) and will be pairing it with a Q9450 processor. I'm also going to move my existing 2 gb of DDR3 ram into this computer and put 4 gigs of ram in my existing computer using 2x2gb sticks.
The OCZ is cheaper by about $70 and both seem to have some mixed reviews on newegg; so I'm not sure which to purchase and looking for some help.
And before anyone brings it up I do know that DDR3 is a lot more expensive then DDR2; but since that is what the motherboard will support and I do want to use a MSI motherboard with a P35 chipset; my choices are pretty limited.
Thanks,
Psy
