OCZ PC2700 RAM..Any Good?

I'm considering buying this RAM for my new rig but haven't heard much about this company OCZ....is their memory reliable? Is it worth buying for the added overclocking? It say's there is a lifetime mfr's warranty for this chips so i guess there is some recourse if something should happen....What do you guys think?

btw, they are $58 for 256MB, twice the price of Crucial....

This company is very infamous here.
So guess the reliability by yourself.
If you don't want to enjoy the adventure of overclocking, buy such pre-overclocked component.
Most memory product manufacturers buy chips from ram chip manufacturers and solder them on pcb to make memory modules and sell as own brand, so do you think you'll get lifetime warranty from the chip manufacturer?
Don't try to return a brand x memory product to brand y chip manufacturer, brand y manufacturer will LOL.

Not sure about the RAM but the company is NOT AT ALL RELIABLE!
