hmmm. When filling out the rebate,

I noticed that the part numbers match, but not the upc code....

I couldn't get the rebate when I ordered it, so fry's email'd it to me.

Now the form is now missing on the fry's product page

Hope I got the right one!?!?


<EDIT> Did some searching and this seems to have happened to a few people,
An OCZ rep in their forums said he would make sure they get taken care of.

So if you get denied, it shouldn't be to hard to get it re-approved.

Damn you are right about that. The second half of the UPC numbers don't match up. Soon as I get a claim ID after this gets sent in hopefully I can contact one of the OCZ reps that way I don't need a re-approval and just get it the first time through.

Ok I found out that peeling off the topic UPC and below was actually the proper UPC code on the cardboard - but the sticker itself actually peeled away a decent amount of ink with it making the some of the numbers hard to read. So whoever placed that sticker on top - what the hell? Was this some kind of attempted rebate scam?
