Go with OCZ Vertex 4. They have fixed controller issues. When you get it make sure to update firmware. gl

It's probably because the links do not go directly to Newegg but through redirect links such as TKQLHCE, etc.

Happy with my v+200

Year old 24/7 use perfect health no drop in speed. Can't complain. Use it as my games drive. My old trusty Intel 320 is my main drive.

Thought about jumping to a 512GB 830 or M4, but after thinking about it, I don't need the space and I won't feel much difference in speed besides benchmarks.

Not sure if the latest firmware fixed everything or not, but just thought you should be aware of the problems some folks had with that drive.

Keep in mind that a Kingston V+200 is a totally different drive.

I had read somewhere that they actually stopped shipments for a while and had relaunched the product with updated firmware that fixed the performance issues.

I was more curious if any other drives use the jmicron controller, and if it's as failtacular as sand force.
