That sidesteps my main point. Assuming you can only have one or the other, which is more important? To me, with the President's newly minted superpowers, the WH is infinitely more important to hold on to, even if Dems lose both houses. Of course I'd like WH and supermajority as that's the fastest way to affect real change, but that isn't what I am asking about. If Harris wins but SCOTUS blocks her from taking office…I’d have to think there would be a very violent revolution, and probably a lot of bullets very eager to find their ways into the brains of SCOTUS.
