Parliamentary systems are looking better by the day. With more focus on the party, and not the person. Where any danger to party or policy will often result in new leadership.
I work in a general hospital in a diverse city that's in a (small C) conservative area.Still have yet to meet anybody even inconvenienced by somebody's pronouns or a trans person simply existing in their presence.
Same bunch of social reactionaries who can't use the F word anymore and are mad about it.
