The only thing certain at this time is that there is not a 60 or 70 percent chance that he steps down or is replaced.It's not just PA. I think you can solve that by picking Shapiro as VP, but that doesn't get you MI/WI/etc. And all that assumes that they just go ahead and anoint Harris as the replacement.
