Odds of getting pulled over

0. two years of driving back and forth, haven't been pulled over once.

5 miles over on the interstate should not get you busted, especially if you are just keeping pace with the traffic.

What color is it?
Statistically red SUV's are cop magnets. Its not a conscious decision on their part, its just the first thing the eye is drawn to. Once they focus on your vehicle they start to look at all the things that might be wrong, tags and such.

Right. But the premise in the OP is only going 5mph over. 5mph over = you're not going to get stopped solely based on your speed. (Unless, of course, 5mph over is very unsafe for road conditions.)
