I agree, the two previous games that they won where more luck than anything (although the defence has been playing well)

Slay's been playing shutdown corner defense lately.

..but as you may know, this win streak puts Lions fans in an all too familiar position with Stafford. As mediocre as he's been, he has stretches in which you see flashes of a great QB. This makes one wonder if he only needs the right coach, but then he reverts to Jeff George again, and then back.

If the Lions can rail off 7 wins, then I think the Caldwell has bought himself another year. He probably deserves one anyway, since they lost a TON on defense this offseason.

I think the GB win was luck, I'd say today's win and the win v Oakland were legit. They really shut the Raiders down, though.

Offside calls stopped plays even though they were not unabated to the quarterback.

One of the Bears' interceptions was called back but should have stood as called.

Also it was pretty funny hearing Rodgers yell out the f bomb loud and clear during the snap that got away from him.

My only complaint about Stafford is that his vision seems to always be locked on one side of the field, he's much better than any alternatives they currently have or could obtain though and i don't understand this constant rush by people in Detroit to kick him to the curb.

Give it a rest. The refs ALMOST got that one right ffs. The only thing that was wrong on that call was that it should have been a dead ball foul with a bench penalty on the Bills for 15 yards because of what Rex did on the sideline.

On the other hand, watching Gene Steratore helping Brady up off the turf with a big shit-eating smile on his face is what got my goat while watching that game. Why's the head ref even touching any player after a play other than to break up a fight?

Because he's a future HOF QB and possibly one of the greatest to ever play the game. I didn't see any "roughing the passer" calls despite the porous NE O-line letting Brady get rag-dolled all game long. That being said there were numerous questionable calls on both teams during the game. as long as the league is too cheap to employ full-time ref's expect more mediocrity going forward.

Didn't watch that game myself, but that is pretty classic.

It's just not the year for the Dallas Cowboys, it seems. However, I think this year really demonstrated the value of the quarterback position and Tony Romo.

They probably would have lost to Carolina anyway seeing how Romo was responsible for 14 the Panthers points, but that team stinks without him.

I would be shocked if they won another game. 4-12 is a real possibility after going 12-4.

Is Romo done? He seems to be getting more and more injury prone as he gets up there in age. He'll be 36 next season. He's been the best QB that Dallas has had since since Aikman but his early years were wasted and while the Cowboys have decent offensive weapons, the defense is mediocre and he seems to be rapidly aging.

Although a Pats fan I wanted the Bills to win one (or more) of those games, Kelly had a habit of throwing the untimely pick, but no one played the position harder than he did. If he threw a pick he would go after the guy, whereas if Marino threw a pick he would just watch him run by.

LOL@ the Ref's again, one of the Buc's tried to block a FG attempt by leaping across the LOS, he made the leap but ran into the holder but the Ref's called a 15yrd penalty for illegal "leaping" when in fact it is LEGAL to do so as long as you do not contact anyone on the LOS. Here's a FG blocked by the Pats Jamie Collins doing the exact same thing, link.Again and again fans wonder how a business that rakes in BILLIONS in profits has Ref's who are part-timer's and DO NOT EVEN KNOW THE RULES!.
