This officiating was an absolute disgrace.

Yup, that was a pretty ridiculous game from the officiating side. That clock runoff was accurate because it wasn't a real timeout, but then why did they call it one? It's just confusing

yepby rule it is an excess timeout ... it helped the Pats by stopping the clock

Meh.. the Pats have gotten more calls in their favor than any other team I can think of in history.. yeah they got some bad ones tonight against them but that was one of the first intentional groundings I have seen called on Brady this whole season, add the tuck rule that never applied to Peyton even once and they finally got their dues.
Sorry, but the Pats get a lot of calls in their favor. That is simply a fact, been witness to that for years. Brady is the Kobe of the NFL, pampered and taken care of most of the time. Peyton should have had the tuck rule apply in the Ravens game 3 years ago but he was wearing the wrong number for it to apply.FYI that same "tuck" rule cost us a game vs the Jets earlier in that season. Add in the Raiders had other chances after that ruling but didn't make the plays to win the game.
borderline calls.. sometimes they go your way other times they dont. I am sure borderline calls have helped the Pats win games too. You can say that about all teamsYea but what DIDN'T help the Pats were the most borderline contact getting called against the Pats and to see Lafelle CLEARLY held by the arm and unable to make the catch it goes uncalled. That being said credit is due to the Broncos who wore down the Pats D all game long and Anderson in particular having a monster game.
