Wow, Darren Sproles just passed Barry Sanders for 8th all-time in All Purpose Yards in NFL history!

yeah, that's nuts. currently between LT and Sanders, and will pass LT sometime this year it looks like. Pretty amazing for a guy that has never been a feature back iirc. Dude just hasn't slowed down after all these years (guess it helps not being an all-down back, hehe) and just does the same thing over and over again when you give him the ball: piss off everyone else trying to tackle him.

Also helps that he returns kicks.

Ah, didn't realize that. saw that Brown had 2 catches for something like 20 yards and figured no rofflsburger = no fun for Pittsburgh fans (and A Brown owners)

.and while Bell is obvious great and all, esp with his dual threat nature, over the last 2 seasons I think D Williams has been way better in the games that he's started compared to those when Bell was in and starting. I wonder why Williams doesn't get as much attention as he needs.

Redskins haven't run this well in something like 4 seasons or more. Not only that, but effective with 3 separate backs. That was a clinic today.

I really like their passing and running weapons this year. Healthy Reed, Crowder is developing into a real force, and Garcon is still that ever-dependable Anquan Boldin like 1st-down converter. Jackson is still good if he can ever get out of his head. These guys getting better each week.

They host the Pats next week, Pats beat Cincy 35/17 but their defense had issues with Dalton today, Cincy self-destructed in their own special way, they gave NE 2 1st downs on penalty's that were both incomplete passes on 3rd and long. They also allowed Dalton to be sacked for a safety and by that time Gronk was heating up and it slid downhill quickly in the 3rd Qtr. Pats kicker SG has been rock-solid since Adam V signed with the Colts but last year had a critical miss on the EP in the Denver AFCCG that came into play in the end as NE scored late in the 4th but needed a 2 pt conversion to tie and failed. It appears to have carried over into THIS season as well, he missed another EP today and just barely got a 30yrd FG through in the 4th. He has missed 30% of his FG attempts so far this season and we're not talking about 50+yrd try's either, one wonders how long BB will ride this horse if this continues.

45/16 final, the O has DEFIANTLY found a great rhythm and the D is finally playing up to the potential when they signed a lot of high $$ free agents. Backup QB or not, you DON'T go into Foxborough and shut out the Pats unless you have great talent and are well-coached. The Bills were ready for all the "gadget" type of plays the Pats were using with Brady's (and JG's) absence, I'll say it here and now, Buffalo will be in the playoff mix this year.

"BEFORE San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick knelt during the national anthem of Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills, a loud chant of "USA, USA" rang out at New Era Field.

I'm not at all saying he or anyone else should not protest about what they feel is wrong in this country, what I AM saying is there has to be a better way of expressing that than insulting everything we stand for. Apparently 70,000 people in Buffalo agree with me anyway.
