Ok so I would think bro code defines a certain arrangement/understanding when it comes to this stuff, but maybe I'm wrong, so wanted ATOT's input.

Building: 15 story building, our company takes up floors 5, 6, and 7
Us: located on floor 7, but have access to all 3 floors
Environment: one set of facilities per floor per gender. Mens restroom has 2 urinals and 3 stalls.
Stalls: 2 normal that are side by side, 1 handicapped on the end/corner stall (3 total)
Personnel: no handicapped personnel on floors 5 through 7

Questions:

1) If you enter and all stalls are empty, which stall do you choose?
2) If the far left stall is taken when you walk in, which of the remaining two stalls should you take?
3) If the center stall is taken, which one do you use?
4) Do you have issues or hesitations using the handicapped stall?

Discuss.

I use the cleanest stall, handicapped or not, regardless of who is in the stall next to me.

1) Handicapped
2) Handicapped
3) Handicapped
4) Obviously not

This is primarily because in our building any stall other than the handicapped on requires you to straddle the toilet to close the fricken door.

Always choose a stall next to one that is being used. That way you can hold hands.

I generally avoid handicapped stalls because I hate the raised seats that are like 4' off the ground.

personally, I'd use the stall closest to the door. statistically, that's the least used stall and thus, probably the cleanest.

That's the best part! It's like I'm king of the stall.

No issues going into the handicapped stall. And there's no point in even installing a toilet in the middle stall, because you should never be in a stall right next to someone. It's against the code.

1) The one that's the least dirty out of all 3.
2) The one that's the least dirty out of the 2.
3) The one that's the least dirty out of the 2.
4) Not if it's clean.

The cleanest one. If they are all equally clean I choose the middle stall. I have no hangups about pooping in a public mensroom so I never pass up an opportunity to make someone else uncomfortable. The noisier and smellier the better!

Oh, and if you're dumb enough to take a phone call in there it's on like the break of dawn! I'm going out of my way to make sure the person you are on the phone with knows exactly where you are.

Never in my entire life, have I thought to myself "I better not use the handicap stall."

I always use that stall if it is open.

Well obviously, stall cleanliness is a huge factor. However, the buildings I work in have several bathrooms and a conference center on the first floor of both buildings. One particular conference center bathroom has a handicap stall that is the size of a small bedroom, so that's where I take my work business. Lots of room to relax. :awe:

What if a handicapped person comes in?
I don't believe I have seen a handicapped person in a bathroom in my entire life.
In the rare occasion that might happen in the future, they can wait 5 minutes.

What if a handicapped person comes in?
what would they do if they came in and the stall was occupied by another handicapped person?

same thing any of us would do if all the stalls were occupied... leave and come back later, or wait.

Or act like you went in there just to pee... or just to wash your hands.
