Office Depot: 60x30 BBF Sector Desk $122.33 (tax and shipping included)

This is hard to reduce down in a title. Basically I noticed BBF Desks were on some sort of clearance sale. So for example this 60"x30" desk. When I did some initial research this was normally going for $500 or more, but was listed at $149 on Office Depot. But then on the top of the page there is a 25% off one qualifying item coupon. You just click on it, and you get a coupon code (36042833). So this came out to 122.33 with tax and free delivery. Strange thing about this sale is that 72"x30" is just $10 more at $159 before coupon. 48x30 is $139...L shaped desks ~$230, etc. These are fairly low prices for real office quality desks.

Now, the estimated delivery when I bought it on 10/24 was 11/11, and it arrived today. Actually kinda messed me up since I didn't make room for it yet. Anyways, its pretty heavy, so I assume that means quality. I was sorta expecting this to be a price mistake or else I would have posted it sooner.

I got rid of all my "deep" desks designed for 1990's era CRTs a year or two ago, and built custom, 18" deep work surfaces, wall-mounted all my monitors, and set up pull-out keyboard trays with LED lighting.

I'll be happier when they stop designing computer desks as if we still owned 21" CRTs.

Nice prices. I think I paid around $250 for my 72 x 30 and $229 for my 60 x 30. That was with coupons back in the day. I got a different collection, mine have the black legs and black and cherry tops. Super solid pieces.

Does it include the filing cabinet and the supply/shelf unit? I feel silly asking, I wouldn't think they'd be included. But they're all in the picture and I don't see anything that says they aren't included. And I don't see any links to add those items at additional cost.

No, the cabinet wasnt included. The reason I chose that link was because there is another item # with the same desk with no cabinet pictured for over $400. Its why I thought it was a bunch of price mistakes.

Erg, no!! I'm extremely happy with my 32" deep desk, monitors arm mounted and pushed back as far as they'll go. Lots of desk surface to work on when I'm not on the PC, lots of arm support when I am. Of course a key part of this is having it height adjustable so that it can be just right instead of having a keyboard tray.

Finally assembled mine. I think I should have went with the 72" for $10 more in case I go 3 monitors later. Otherwise assembly is straight forward, although the anchors that mate the privacy board with the legs are made of a cheap material, and the head broke when I fastened it together using my drill. So hand tighten those. Everything else was well made.

And I didn't notice it before, but it actually came with a 4 port USB hub that mounts next to one of the cable management hole. All in all, I'm pretty happy with it. Feels like the desks we use at work.
