I got a flyer from OD and decided to go down to the store. Some deals aren't even in the ad.

Office Depot CD-R 50pk = $5.99$14.99 in ad.
I picked up some of these while there. They are advertised as the "Gold" label disks but the store substituted the "Silver" disks for them beause they were out of the gold.

Office Depot 75pk DVD-R + 25 CD-R = $9.99 AR($10 Mail-in)
Good for data but I've tried these DVD-R for movie back-ups and they didn't work at all.

WD My Book 500gb External USB 2.0 = $149.99

WD 160gb IDE 7200 HD = $39.99 AR($30 Mail)

There seems to be a lot more good stuff if you are able to get to a store to look. I didnt have a lot of time. These may not be spectacular, but maybe it will appeal to someone

Got an OD mailer today that has a coupon for 50% off CD/DVD media. They have their own OD brand 50 pack +R or -R discs this week for $9.99, so you could get 100 for $9.99. Their branded media is usually Ritek which performs quite well for most.

Cause its true for the most part, its them and seagate owning the HD market.

I like them name and logo for WD better. But seagates come in those cool "Sea Shell" things.

All my hard drives are WD, and I've never had problems with any of them.
