Pretty good, anyone know if this involves rebates? At $50 out the door this one is tough to pass up. Assuming it's not some old 5400rpm HD or something.

Anyone know how good these are? 8 bucks for fifty 4x DVDR's seems pretty good, even if a fifth of them are coasters 40 of them still seems good.

That was the only deal that caught my eye too. If it's $50 out the door it's a killer and I'll brave the Black Friday traffic to get one. If it's $50 after $100 in rebates it's a waste of time. As far as I know WD doesn't have a 200GB 5400rpm drive in their current lineup. It's probably a 7,200 with 2GB cache.

Wow, mad cheap. I paid $20 for those some time ago.

They're CMC magnetics, but they work ok in my NEC ND1300A. (Also from OM, btw.)

Hmm i WILL be seriously checking in on this one. Out of harddrive space as it is.

I can only presume it will be the WD200JB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache because its the only one we carry in our store.

we had only 4 last weekend. I will be stopping back in later this week to try to peek at that ad. last weekend we had all covering upto the 20th. I'll try to post later with what information i can find. To my knowledge i thought 200 GB drives were already discontinued as well as 180 because of different platter sizes. (I'm not pretending to know the details but i could have sworn i read that in some news article) I saw they had the 120GB Extenral Firewire/USB2 69.99 i think OTD no rebates or anything. Its possible it may be like 79.99-99.99 instore (Regular retail 149.99) with a small MIR. If its less then 90 in store i think ill jump on it, im not a fan of MIR AT ALL (see scumoftheearth = MIR idea lol). O well whoever thought of MIRs was either a genius or a nutcase xD. i guess its a good way to save money by shafting customers. Too bad that game doesn't last long. SORRY for my ranting! OfficeMax employee here too, will be letting you guys know about what MIRs there are/aren't on both of those harddrives as soon as I know ( 1- 2 days prior to the sale ). If that Iomega External Hard drive is $90 out the door, I'll probably grab one. That's a pretty good price. I'm not sure about Iomega's quality on hard disks though....furthermore, I don't think we carry any non-Zip Iomega products at my location.

Odd that that would be in there. I'll check it out nonetheless.

My friend has a 4-in-1 pen that has 3 colors of ink as well as a stylus. It's pretty neat. Quite small and sleek looking.


Are these black friday deals typically instore only? If not, I imagine a person could get a load of those free AR deals and qualify for free shipping. I'll be out of town on BF

The Dual Layer drive is a rebadge Lite-On $40 bucks after rebate aint bad IMO.
