Officemax has the Sandisk Cruzer Micro 1Gb & 2Gb Flash Drives on offer this week.

The 1Gb version is $14.99 and the 2Gb is $24.99, both with instant rebates.

I bought one of each, and both are vista readyboost compatible it seems. They are available online and instore.

Have you tried them with Vista yet? I almost drove down to Frys this morning to grab the 4G PQI thumbdrives but checked online first, apparently they arent fast enough for Readyboost. Was hoping I could find a 4GB for cheap, although not sure the size really matters.

According to the list found here, the Sandisk Cruzer Micro 1GB, 2GB, and 4GB devices are ReadyBoost compatible.

This will be nice when I upgrade to Vista once they hit SP1. Too bad thats not for awhile. Pretty nice price on that 2GB. I may pick one up anyway

I've got a couple of the 1GB that I use strictly for Readyboost...so, I can confirm that they work.

I wish this would have been posted a week earlier. I bought a three pack of the Cruzer Minis for around the same price on eBay for the computers at the office...still haven't gotten them! I coulda just went out to OM and gotten these today. Well, maybe they'll come in the mail today.
