Overall though, I've only watched 3 of the sharks games... gotta say that can't seem to get passed the fact quality of shots is better than quantity of shots. If you can do both of those great, but if you can't your better off with quality shots.

Sharks keep picking quantity year after year -_-;

On another note... I don't know which game to watch tomorrow, Devs @ Canes is going to be amazing, but watching the caps destroy the rangers will be funny as that game is gonna get fugly.

I have a feeling that Roenick will hang up the skates anyway. I do hope that Blake is back for one more run before he retires though.

Right now I think the best series will be Caps/Boston or Boston/Detroit.

Anaheim/Detroit is going to be good. Hiller was great in net and with defense that is how you are going to beat Detroit.

Hell all the series are going to be good.

Here's my round 2 predictions.

- Boston will dismantle the Canes. I say this because they were my pick to win the cup when the playoffs started so I'm sticking with it Boston in 5

- Detroit will get some trouble from the Ducks... I think this one will go 6-7 but the Wings will get through to the Conf final. Wings in 6

- Caps / Pens.... hmmm....... Caps are big, fast and hit hard but what about goaltending? I foresee Varlamov cracking under the pressure... Fleury has been playing well the past 2-3 months... this one is just too tough to call... I predict a good series

- Vancouver / Chicaco....... dang..... another tough one to call. The Canucks have the grit advantage but Chicago has everything else. In net I'm calling it even, Luongo and Khabby are both pretty amazing tenders... Canucks will get outshot though. I'm gonna have to say Hawks in 6.

Ugh, I am so disappointed with the results from last night. Those wins by the Caps and Hurricanes guaranteed our pool leader will win the thing.

Anyway, on to Thursday. Chicago should be tough for us, but then again I thought the same thing about St. Louis considering how they had finished the season. If Luongo stays on his game and the special teams can continue their great play, the Canucks should be able to take it. I say Canucks in 6.

I wonder what Pens team will show up. They almost seam bipolar at times. One game they are unstoppable and the next they forgot out to play. I'm glad they're playing Washington, though. They always seem to have the most trouble with Philly and NJ. With both of those teams out of the way, I think they'll take it in 6.

They knew exactly where to shoot for the highest chance to score a goal. He seemed to just fall apart during the playoffs...so that didn't help.

Hell - NY/NJ just seemed to fall apart all together.

The Pens/Caps series is gonna be an Ovechkin/Malkin battle all the way. I think Ovechkin will do it

Wings/Ducks... The Wings are weak in goal as Osgood is on again off again, and Hiller has been playing well, yet the Wings seem to manage to get it done.

Boston/Carolina - Boston SHOULD win, just like how NJ should have won.

Canucks/Hawks - The Canucks made mincemeat of the team with the best record in the NHL lately, have the best goalie, and Chicago lost 2 games to a beat up Flames team. GO CANUCKS GO!
