LOL... I can't believe Chicken Parm, AKA Ray Ferraro had a hat trick in the playoffs!!! He used to do colour for the Oilers home games. He's one of my fav hockey commenators.

I'm not sure which I'm more pissed about right now.
Ryan Getzlaf and his blatant slash to Osgood's blocker shortly before the game winning goal for the ducks, the shitty amount of inconsistent calls made throughout the game(calling all the harmless shit while two handed cross-checks and what not being allowed), the wings inability to get anything going until the 3rd period, or finally Referee Brad Watson's dumbass losing sight of the puck and being out of position so he calls off the goal with 1 minute or so left.

wow what a game! I'm pulling for the ducks and I agree that Hossa's goal shouldnt have been called off. Mike Babcock was pisT after the game he waited around for the Refs but they were to scared to go over and give them a word. We will see what happens thursday.

i was at the game and i was surprised about the no-goal call against detroit. the ref should have kept moving. horrible third period by the ducks, they just stopped attacking.

Datsyuk shot the puck and hit Wiz in the face/throat area and he was out of it after. He tried to continue playing but he just kept leaning forward like he was out of gas and then Holmstrom elbowed him hard in the face.

As far as the non-call, it was a bad call but they shouldn't have been in a position to allow a call like that to decide their fate. It's not like they haven't gotten a fair share of calls in their favor.

Good game, but terrible reffing .. terrible ... I was so angry.

they better start hitting and being more physical. Against philly games 1 and 2 were very physical, and they prevailed. game 3 and on, they were way less physical, and it showed. I hope they can turn it around and not play like a bunch of pansies.

I'm hoping the Wings can get their offense going or they are sunk. I didn't see the game last night but from what I have read/heard, they didn't deserve to win. And I think not playing another OT game will help them in the long run.

I am disappointed that two of the best teams are meeting this early though. Would have been a great 3rd round leading to the finals.

I wouldn't go that far, they were getting screwed all night on the calls, and thats BEFORE the distater that was Hossa's uncounted goal.

And while I would say they DID get off to a slow start, thier 3rd period performance was amazing, Anaheim was getting absolutely schooled by Datsyuk and Franzen in the 3rd.

When did they get screwed all night on calls? The only goal they scored was when Anaheim got screwed out of a penalty and Holmstrom got away with a pretty bad elbow. Not to mention that Anaheim had more penalties called on them.

The non-goal sucks for the Wings but this constant portrayal of them as this poor victim of some massive screwjob is a joke.

Malkin totally dominated the Caps tonight. Way too sloppy for the Caps. Tough loss for Varly - he was sensational. Game 4 is so huge now since game 5 is next night
