EPIC FAIL! Lakers loose it Sunday @ home, there's no coming back 3-1, it won't even end 4-2, 4-1 with the Staple Center being stunned. I was JOKING about Kobe being the greatest of all time, I don't even think he's top 10 simply because he hasn't learned how to be a team player much yet, he's getting better about but he still can't lead his team to victory unless HE scores 30+ points. if Lakers somehow win the next 3 it will be EPIC FAIL for the Celtics.

Boston took three quarters to erase their deficeit. LA did it in one in game 2. LA was within 2 points of tying with less than 40 seconds on the clock. They made up 24 points in 8 minutes. Not 30. Now that would have been a monumental choke.

they were still down by 20ish in the 3rd, so you could argue it took the celtics one quarter to comeback.

At the end of the 3rd in game 2, LA was down 22. At the end of the 3rd in game 3 Boston was down 2.

ok the lakers scored slightly faster than the celtics did and still lost. the celts took another minute or two to make up a huge deficit and won. Congrats lakers.

LA winning this one tonight is too convenient for everyone. LA doesn't give up the title on their home court. LA fans get a win. The NBA gets an extra game for ticket sales, ad revenue and TV time. And best yet, Boston and their fans take home the trophy on their home court in game 6.

Red hit it earlier. There's something to the "euroweenie" style of ball. Sasha, Gasol, Radmonavich...they all play miserable defense and give up on plays. No hustle unless they are trying to make a shot.

Being a Kings/Warriors fan, is my hate against the Lakers unreasonable? I mean I should be rooting for a team in my own state but I really, really don't care for Kobe or the Lakers.

My biggest gripe is that Bryant shoots too many fadeaways. Yes he does make some of them, but he's still young and athletic enough to get to the basket at will. MJ shot fadeaways because he was getting old and slow, so he had to change his game. Plus MJs fadeaways were controlled, close to the basket, and from the post. They were not on the run, and thrown up from 20+ ft.

Yeh. WTF was with that. Ariza and Mihm on the court at the same time. It's an elimination finals game and you are playing two guys that have played less minutes this entire playoffs combined than Ray Allen played in just game 4.
