Lewis until we know for sure whether Sammy Morris is hurt enough to keep him out of next week's game.

I'm really stuck on this one.

Washington had one good game last week. Bradshaw is solid. Forte is lackluster, and Wallace is a 3rd/flex play on a good day. If you need RB's, it's pretty good.

Also making another trade: DeSean Jackson for Nate Burleson. Crazy? I'm going by the nice schedule ahead for Seattle in the coming weeks up to my fantasy playoffs.

Remember, Collie's value goes way down (hopefully) in a week or two when Gonzalez returns.

GIVING UP Brandon Jacobs and Sanchez

Hard to say. Palmer is a better pickup at this point than Sanchez, even when Sanchez is having a good day. Maroney is only worth a week or so more of roster time unless Sammy Morris is out indefinitely. Jacobs is playing second fiddle to Bradshaw currently, so it's not a total wash, but I would base this trade's value on Jacobs for Palmer. Unless there's no equivalent QB's on waivers, I probably wouldn't take this deal.

ALSO...what value does T.O. and Steve Smith have now adays (the sucking Steve Smith)

TO is and will be a "potential" sleeper for the rest of the season. I say potential because Buffalo's offensive line means no deep routes for the foreseeable future. Lee Evans is getting more looks (which was actually to be expected), and I doubt TO's heart is even in the game at this point with a losing record and his career streaks all but over with. Something magical will need to happen with Buffalo's offensive line before TO, Evans or even Lynch become more than a matchup flex play.

Can't say much about Steve Smith at this point. He's getting smothered by defenses, which is why he's got no numbers this year.

No problemo. Burleson should be good in a PPR format, despite last week's poor showing. But arguably, Arizona's defense was supposed to get raped last week too. Armed with that, Burleson is a better PPR pickup, but you just can't be terribly sure of Seattle's offense at this point. (Burleson is and will be staying on my roster fwiw)

Thanks Sunny for the thoughts...in regards to the Palmer for Jacobs trade...there is nothing in the league in regards to QB's on waivers that is worth picking up (best available is Garrard)

I am worried that Sanchez as he is so up and down.


I think Collie will still get his looks as the most recent news on Gonzales was he was just starting to run again...it is going to take him some time to get back into game shape and who knows if he is going to be very explosive even after he comes back.

I am turning down the Flacco for Collie trade and probably going to accept the Palmer for Jacobs trade (with the other garbage tossed in)

I realize Hightower isn't as good as Michael Turner, but he is consistent - Turner hasn't been.

I also know that Roddy White is currently tied for 7th overall as a receiver in my league and has become quite good and consistent. Where as Steve Smith (Carolina one) has been a complete let down on all levels. So I'm getting one very good player and one bad, and I'm giving up one very good player and one fairly good player.

I suppose I'm getting a better deal because he originally wanted Brandon Jacobs and Roddy White for Michael Turner and Steve Smith. I was willing to do that as I figured I was giving one good performer and one bad but potentially good - and getting the same thing. He is the one that decided he wanted Hightower instead of Jacobs so I said yes to that as well.

Honestly a part of me would have rather given up Jacobs because I think he is right, Hightower has been as consistent as anyone.

Any way I accepted the trade, thanks for your input guys

By the way, I fully expect Steve Smith to show up in the game this week. If you look at the matchup, sure Buffalo has a "good" secondary, but has been struggling to stop the run all year. Seeing what both D-Will & Stewart did last week, it's not too hard to see that Buffalo's front 7 is going to need help. Where will that help come from? There's only 4 players left back there, meaning Smith will see single coverage most of the day. If Buffalo manages to contain the run, then Smith will be getting 1-on-1 looks all day long.

Thats an interesting theory, personally I kind of feel like Buffalo can't stop the run even if they stuff enough in the box that Smith will be left in single coverage. As you said, DeAng and Stewart will run all day on them without much need to throw at all.

I hope your right though, because once this trade goes through I'll only have Derick Mason (bye), Eddie Royal (bye), Johnny Knox, and Lance Moore to play alongside Reggie Wayne who I'm (obviously) starting. Which means I probably will start Steve Smith in my other WR spot. Or I might go crazy and start Lance Moore.

I suppose I should start Michael Turner as well. I'll have him in the flex with Jacobs and Forte in the RB spots as well.
