The past three weeks I have been playing romo and it has been doing me well, earlier I was all Eli.

Heh, Im in the same boat. Every week I have to decide between Romo and Roethlisberger. The last couple of weeks Ive been using Romo but today Im going to Roethlisberger.

there was a trade that was supposed to reflect week 10. well, 3 minutes before kickoff, it gets approved by the commissioner early. so, now i'm down a player. i can't pick from the free agent list to put someone in that spot because waivers are until the 11th and all my potential fill-ins started playing already and i can't move them into the slot.

so lame. i'm pretty upset...

Oh man, my matchup is really close. Ive got 91.32 points, the other guy has 92.93 and we each have one player left to play. His remaining player is Santonio Holmes on Pittsburgh and my remaining player is Roethlisberger though I have 45 more minutes to replace Ben with Romo but I think Im going to stick with Ben.

In my league, we start 1 RB and have 1 flex

My RB's are Frank Gore, Felix Jones, Sammy Morris, Laurence Maroney, and Jamaal Charles

I say keep Gore, Morris/Moroney, & Charles and drop Jones

Reasoning being I basically have 3 RB1's and 1 RB2. When would I ever start the RB2 unless Barber was hurt? Dallas backfield is a mess right now and Choice is (imho) taking away from Jones' carries.

Your thoughts?

In other news, 5-3 coming out of this week with a very good lineup and 4 games left in the regular season. Hoping I win out (or close enough to it) and end up in the playoffs

I like Collie or Breaston here. Brees spreads the ball out too much for any of the low-end NO receivers to be worthwhile.

You could use some better running backs. Gore is really the only one worth starting. Not sure why you don't have Roddy White and Sims-Walker starting either. Watson is good enough for a TE. You could do worse.

What do you all think of this trade? I need a RB given that Steve Slaton's situation is week-to-week:

I get: Jonathan Stewart and Nate Burleson

I already have Aaron Rodgers so Favre just sits on my bench anyway. I can't find anyone else who wants Favre and this guy is looking to score a QB after Cutler's 5-INT nightmare
