I hate them, but only because they took out my Celtics last round But with that said, I'm still able to admit Lebron's the best player in the NBA. But from my hate for what they did to Boston I cannot like them. It was suppose to be a rematch of last years finals and my Celtics were gonna whoop the shit out of LA.

Imo I don't see why they can't win Thursday...imo. I think they are learning, including Thibs (by fruitfully playing Brewer more in the 4th as you suggested before.)

Tonight's overtime game was a definite step up and improvement over Sunday and last Wednesday's loss, and Thursday the Bulls will have home court advantage. I also think this every-other-day schedule helps the young Bulls...but on the other hand, Rose's legs already haven't looked to good, particularly evident in his constantly flat shots.

It may be too little too late, but their only task at this point is to win on Thursday and I think they have a good shot at it.

Thibs is a great coach. Nothing that's happened so far is his fault.

I really, really, really, REALLY hope that Boozer is still somewhat injured and just not letting on. Because if he's not he doesn't fit Thib's style of play at all, and the Bulls have him for a while.

Hindsight is always 20/20, but can this team win a title without someone to take the pressure off of Rose?

Carmelo Anthony would be looking very good in a Bulls uni right now, and there ain't no one like him that's going to be available anytime soon. I like Noah a lot, but he's a raw energy player with almost no offensive skills. Thomas and Asik could have taken his time for now.

But what can you expect from Bulls management that turned down a trade for Kobe in his prime?

Lebron was amazing as usual and even though Wade wasn't hot, he had some big plays at the end when it mattered. That last layup he had in the final minutes was amazing.

I think Lebron deserves a championship more than Dirk.

I can see the Bulls canning Tibs within the next three years. He just seems like he is of the Avery Johnson/Doug Collins/Scott Skiles mold. They all come in, whip a team into shape by having them play real defense, but always keep their intensity too high and wear down the players. You see a huge jump the first year, but they never make it over the hump.

I think Tibs has been downright awful in this series, not just in his personnel decisions, but mostly due to the fact that he doesn't seem to be trying to get his guys to score points. He isn't mixing it up with his offensive playcalling at all. Then to compound the problem, he keeps telling us (fans via the media) and his team that the problem is on the defensive end. The problem to him after each loss, get this, is that his guys aren't trying hard enough.

At some point down the road the players are going to stand up and say "no retard, we are playing hard, you just aren't doing anything to put us in a position to win". His tired act of blaming his guys' effort will only go so far. Until he looks in the mirror and realizes he is being severely outcoached in this series nothing will change. And I'm talking long term horizons here.

What adjustments have we seen from Tibs? Going with a more offensive threat about 190 minutes into the series. If it is taking that long for it to dawn on him that they are shutting down Lebron/Wade/Bosh about as well as they can, and they need to do a much better job to keep up the scoring pace with them.

Derrick Rose looked like someone shot his puppy in the postgame interview. Tibs needs to stop shifting the blame to their MVP and be a real man and take the criticism. Because it deserves to rest on his shoulders.

It's not as if they wouldn't of got a good team around him eventually. It just doesn't happen overnight.

Sorry to bust your bubble but it's the mavs year. Why you ask? Miami has no center play. Chandler and Haywood are going to send everything the heat put up back in the third row. Miami has no point guard play. They have 3 ball hogs looking for their shot while the mavs are content to make the open pass and make you pay. And last but not least Dirk Nowitzki. Need I say more?

He's not the only person. LeBron is not the king, and he hasn't done shit by himself. He had adequate teams around him in CLE, better teams than Hakeem had, and still couldn't win. The only defense he can play is running down a player from behind, and is so wildly inconsistent with his jumper that he can be unreliable. Wade is the best player on that team, period.

Compare the '94 championship team to any Cavs team when LeBron was there. Cavs are just as better at every position than them, except their respective spots, SF & PF.
