I have 10k in NLY @ 17.98 avg. I've collected 3 Quarters of dividends, they posted a strong quarter and the stock is up today over $18 bucking the trend.

Can't decide if I keep holding for the divi another quarter or cash out the 10-10.5k and put that back into this drop

I would be careful, too soon to buy this dip IMO. Dont want to catch a falling knike.

I was debating SPY or something I can relax a bit more with... you think we will touch 9500 in the coming weeks? Lower?

Just a guess about 9800 as much as 9500 would be. But I say wait for us to go below 10k before deciding. You have to see how the market reacts.

Typically stocks go up in the spring, but first and last week of February usually arent that great. Of course you never know. But I would wait for the test and reaction.

I'd like to cash NLY out at a pretty good gain considering the yield I will be giving up, which I think is a possibility as chasers come buying. I need more capital.

USG which is greatly undervalued has been tanking for a few days now. If you havn't bought already, now is a good time!

Made out like a bandit today. I'm 100% in SH and have been for a while. In my personal opinion, market is terribly overvalued and a rebounding dollar will send the market downward. This my personal non professional opinion.
