I skimmed through the transcript and the closing statements. Wow, this would not be nearly as exciting if I didn't have a little skin in the game. I'm nervous.

GNVC Roth conference:

http://www.wsw.com/webcast/roth23/gnvc/

Sounds pretty good.

2010 2nd Interim Analysis and completed enrollment in the trial program

2011 Final Data Analysis

2012 BLA filling with the FDA

The results appear to be on target if not better than other FDA approved drugs with a hazard ratio of .75. Measurable and substantial survival rates after 12 months with treatment. If TNFerade can prove better than other treatments, this stock could be a gold mine.

Nothing solid or dramatically new announced, but it does add a little more stockholder confidence to whomever all ready owns the stock. Though this conference will not inspire a lot of new buyers.

The question is: Assuming a winning verdict for VHC, will it dip down then shoot up or will it go up right away when trading resumes?

No one knows, but you can always put a limit order in and find out.

Safe to say, either way it goes, it's probably too late to jump in or out at this point or when the verdict is reached.

Yeah, that's safe to say considering the stock is halted.

What I meant was that even after the halt drops, there's probably no time to sell (if the verdict is bad), or buy (if the verdict is good) before it shoots in either direction.

You know what I meant! LOL

Supposedly from someone there in TX:

As I understand it, the jury has come back and asked to see, again, two pieces of evidence:

1. The 2005 letter from the U.S. Patent Office to MSFT's in-house General Counsel in charge of intellectual property issues, which rejected MSFT's patent application and notified MSFT of VHC's #135 patent, and

2. The subsequent letter from VHC (actually SAIC) which again identified VHC's patents and offered to license these patents to MSFT.

I know. It was a weak joke.

Awesome. If it trades down in the next few weeks before the interim results I may add to my position.

The "uninspiring" news conference has already dipped GNVC to the low 2.80's.

77 does seem to be providing reliable info though. Thanks for passing that on.

Going to sell one of my stocks to add to my position in GNVC.

Congrats to those already in on VHC prior to the halt. Question is if and when there'll be an appeal, when the funds will actually reach VHC, and how those funds will be utilised, and what will happen when stock trading resumes.

Can't wait to see what happens tomorrow... possibly time to take the profits and sow it into GNVC? =P

Yay, VHC!

Now that that's over- any thoughts on BRK/B and FAIRX? I need someplace to stow incoming Roth funds in and was wondering what entry points would be a bargain/good deal with these two.

I believe it to be premature to take profit in VHC so soon, as it's just the beginning. I'd be more interested in what future plans they have in mind going forward.

I think so too. I almost wonder if we'll see a gap down today on the old "buy on the rumor, sell on the news." If it dips too much, I'm getting some more.

Looks like people on Yahoo pumped it up as a hold and bailed on open :awe:

I've still got my shares and I'll consider getting out if it runs up again. My measly 135 shares shouldn't blip the charts.... Hopefully I can buy back in once the volume dies down.
