WOW, did the music stop? JPM supposedly came out with a ABK stock is worthless statement. look at what it is doing to the stock.

I bought some right before the close at 2.27 and just sold 500 shares at 2.83 premarket, will probably sell the rest today. Other than short squeeze, I just can't find a reason for this run up.

naw...perfect timing would be bought the stock last week and sold them at yesterday's high of around $3.3ish. Another gap up this morning, I am not sure if I want to play another round of musical chairs...

That's the best way to get burned, BB stocks are manipulated by the MM's. The stock is pinching right now on decreased volume. Could break out either way. Not worth the risk in my book.

Most of the time, news is already priced into these stocks, so news just causes gap and traps.. bagholder city.. good luck tho!

Hmm.. Verizon is heading to 21M volume, well over average volume, in an hour of trading with slight down. And looks like short interest has been increase quite much, but not sure. Wonder what's up. Bad earning expected?

Thoughts on ACAD? Looks it broke through some resistance points yesterday/today.

No real thoughts, but it did well to break that $1.75 resistance in mid march and flew upwards today. Also bouncin above the 50 day moving average.

Question is will is consolidate to $1.75 and use that for support, or breakout to the upside, tomorrow will tell that. The sustained volume is good. But a lot of biotechs were up this week due to conferences, etc next week. haha. some flew up high cuz of fda approvals. Picking the good ones is like spinning the roulette wheel.

It's not drifting down since the rumor got released... but who knows if it's Apple.

I'd be a lot more happy when CAFC affirms Rambus so they hunt down all those companies on the line.

Yum reported nice earning, as well as two weeks early surprise from UPS! Also, Rambus did very well.

All three generals acrossed line. Hope it was start line, not finish line!

I bought another 1,000 shares, but I've been trading in and out of some of my shares this year. Currently have 10,000 shares even. The decision is really yours.

Rambus' stock has done terrific over the past year and about $2.00+ from it's 52-week high. I think a lot of people got into options and got burned because the stock didn't react the way we expect. It's always wiser to buy core holdings in shares and only gamble a bit in options, but I guess everyone wants to get rich quick

A lot really depends on the CAFC decision, since this will finally put an end to all the craziness of lawyers arguing, "but this court said we were right, so that court is wrong!".

The decision will come out within 6 months on average, with many investors expecting a decision by June.

Overall, I still think Rambus will be a $50+ stock by the end of this year. That's based on my predictions on the outcomes. Right now I'm awaiting the May 1 (or sooner) decision on DNDN. If I get a windfall in that, I may transfer some capital gains from DNDN into RMBS for the CAFC decision.

Not really. Until they come out with a TNF guidance w/finical analysis of what it would mean to run another clinical trial, this stock will continue to dwindle. Now they are talking a reverse split and a proxy statement. Confidence in this stock right now is spotty at best until they give us a guidance!

Before the 184 results on the PACT I really liked the pipeline. After, not so much because the 184 results were so bad I question the management and/or the underlying technology (their adenovector platform).
