Just drafted my 2 QB league. I thought I could take a RB at 6 and get a top 7 QB on the way back in the 2nd round. Lol...First 5 picks were QBs. I had to go with Peyton. Pick after me was Romo.

OK guys I have a draft tonight. It's a 12-team keeper league with standard scoring (for the most part).

I have the 2nd pick in the supplement round (rd #2) tonight and know that the following will be true:

1) EITHER Lesean McCoy OR McFadden will be available
2) Mike Vick WILL be available
3) Some other RBs of note that will be available: Gore, Jackson, Bradshaw, Forte

Basically I'm torn on this. My keeper is Calvin Johnson so I'm set at WR1. Do I gamble (my opinion) and take Vick? Or do I take one of the two out of McCoy/McFadden depending on which one the guy before me doesn't pick? Also, and this may be an important point, I feel very confident that Gore and/or Jackson will be available to me when round #3 starts.

My main problem here is the Vick factor. Extremely high risk/reward proposition. If it works out, great... if not then I'll be kicking myself for not waiting until Round 4 or 5 to snag Big Ben, Ryan, Freeman, or Manning.

What sucks about his team is that he had 38$ that he didn't spend. LOLtastic

Just download the app or go to the mobile site, no biggie

What? Nice editing job there ass.

I wasn't negative, I was backing you up - but whatever.

I edited it because there was no sense in starting an argument. I know I didn't use my $38, and it was stupid as hell because I could have pushed a bit more for another QB or WR. Not sure how you were backing me up, but I feel pretty confident with my team after yesterdays performance by Jacobs and Homles, and Hightower getting the starting job in Washington.

Now that I re-read what I wrote, I guess it could have been interpreted poorly. What I meant to say was "The only reason your team might "suck" (his word, not mine) is that you didn't spend all you could have. So I guess it should have read "The only thing that sucks is that he had 38$ that he didn't spend." I was kind of just playing off slayer since he was obviously just giving you a hard time.

I'll go further in saying I don't think you're team sucks at all. The whole team is pretty good actually, and if some things happen like Foster gets hurt, or CJ Spiller gets hurt - both very real posibilities, it gets even better. Witten will be #3 at TE in the league, Tim Hightower has been very good so far in preseason. Tom Brady is, Tom Brady

Spiller has sucked, and Jackson has been labeled the starter. I don't see Spiller getting more than 20% of the touches.

That blows.

You can do what I do these days - just remote in to my home computer and use it to access the stuff I can't from work.

Have my big draft this afternoon at the bar. Have the 4th pick. Hoping to grab Ray Rice there (at least one of the guys drafting ahead of me is an idiot) and either 2 WR's or a RB and WR on the way back around in round 2 and 3. I think there will be some incredible value at QB in later rounds this year.

Honestly don't like your team at all... I think you spent too much for Brady, and your RBs are extremely risky... It's unlikely that Hillis can do what he did again with the tougher schedule. And there's a reason Shanahan has been referred to the Satan of fantasy football.... you never know what he's going to do with his RBs.

Lots of mediocre talent on your team... you have to hope for some breakouts/injuries. Sorry just being honest.

I think you did good... if DeAngelo Williams returns to form, you did great. Great variety of breakout potential at WR with Britt, Knox and Rice one of those guys is bound to blow up.

imo it was way too early to take brady and deangelo. I would have definitely taken a RB 2nd round and gone from there. And I don't like those WRs you mentioned, aside from Britt. Way way too early for daniel thomas too. I like Best but in a non-ppr that might have even been too early for him

I really like both teams, especially the first. Though I hate Cutler in a 10 team league. Your RBs are stacked though and they should carry you pretty easily, as long as Mojo doesn't miss too much time.

Second team, Fitz + Wallace and Charles is a very nice core. I like Matt Ryan a lot. Your 2nd RB and flex spot are the only spots up in the air

TE: Fred Davis
K: Nick Folk
DEF: Patriots

This team is strong at RB, which is good because its the most important position - but weak everywhere else. Not good since its PPR. Reggie Wayne has been on the decline which I think continues this year, just a hunch because he could easily be a great WR1.

Cutler and McCoy is very weak, unfortunately. Based on the format I think you needed a stronger TE around too. Overall though, the RB spot might be strong enough if Cutler has a much better year. I foresee making the playoffs but losing 1st round.

Draft 2: Standard Scoring 12 Team league
Rules: 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1RB/WR Flex, TE, K, DEF No PPR, Rushing/receiving 1pt per 10yds, 6pt TD, Passing 1pt per 25yds 6pt TDs

This team is better, for sure - but Ingram as an RB2? You have to hope Thomas gets hurt or something because Bree's is going to be slinging the shit out of it this year. Daniel Thomas could be that RB2 if he picks it up, but otherwise, you have basically no RB2. TE is STRONG here. QB is good enough, and WR is very good. RB might not be strong enough on this team. I foresee missing the playoffs entirely.
