Of course, I also have Nate Washington, and I thought the same thing about him when Britt tore his ACL... I have not seen jack shit from Washington yet.

My two qb's, Vick and brady were both on bye so I figured hasslepussy would be good for 15 points or so. He got me 4 damn points. I was hoping for 10 at least. Still ahead in my league, though I lost a little ground. Should pick it up next week

I have Fred Davis already. Makes sense now why I see his %own up 31.8%.

Is it wise to have both Fred Davis and Jabar Gaffney on my team? Either Gaffney will get the points, or Davis...but not both simultaneously. Or am I overthinking this?

With John Beck starting (who had an amazing repoire with Gaffney, Armstrong and Davis in the preseason) their value imho goes up. Granted, it is the 'skins though. Plus with Hightower out for the season, Helu and Torain aren't nearly as proficient catching out of the backfield as Hightower was. Expect Gaffney and Davis to see more targets than usual.

Honestly, Britt made Washington better. Britt was a stellar possession receiver, but also had great speed and ability. This drew coverage away from Washington letting him do what he does best - beat single coverage down field for huge plays. Washington is the #1 receiver for coverage now, with little-to-no talent on the other side of him. He draws the safety over the top, especially with CJ2K sucking it up lately.

Which one of these RBs would you pick up? I was thinking Knowshawn, but he's been crappy. Tate isn't bad but I don't know how much he'll put up with Foster ahead of him. Torain and Helu are sharing the load.

How about the WRs? Burress is on bye so that just might be for investment purposes and hopefully he'll pick up later.

Yeah, Thomas is not available unfortunately. I looked for him first. Was looking at Jenkins, Early Doucet, or Antonio Brown...then not much else after that.

Antonio Brown. Ward is out for a bit, Big Ben seems to target him a lot. With all the (deserved) attention that Mike Wallace will be getting, I like Brown.

Edit: Also, Brown faces NE this week. I expect big numbers. I'd pick him up immediately if he was available in my league.

As everyone knows by now, my RBs are absolutely terrible. The good news is that the rest of my team is so good, I'm 6-1 anyways. Ernest Graham going down has screwed me even further. PPR League. 12 teams.

As of right now it looks like I would normally start Chris Johnson (can't give up on him yet) and C.J. Spiller (remember, PPR league) or Ben Tate (seems to do pretty well even when Foster is in)

Here's my question: Should I drop Demaryius Thomas and pick up Alfonso Smith or Javon Ringer? I'm very strong at WR. Wallace, Bowe, Stevie Johnson (and James Jones as a bye week fill-in).

Hillis is fail yet again. in one league, I traded him away for Jabar Gaffney, Jordy Nelson and LTI think back in week 4 thinking I was getting the shaft. That changed quickly

Yeah, I did not even want the stupid guy, I was just trying to bump his value in the auction and ended up with him. He's been close to useless this year aside from a game or two, though not quite as disappointing as Reggie Wayne. Yikes.

How does this trade look? It's a PPR league, and though I have the most overall points in the league, unlucky matchups (2nd toughest schedule in the league) have made me 3-4 and rank 9th out of 14.

OK, someone is gonna have to explain to me why the Browns were picked up in over 20% of ESPN leagues this week even though they play the 49ers IN San Francisco. Forget the fact that one team is awful and the other on an upswing, it's an east coast timezone team going west AND the Niners are coming off a bye week.. I must be missing something with the match-up here, right?
