The Cards were also complaining the entire game (La Russa's walk with him before an inning started was great) but the Phils got the worst of it. Taking Utley's walk away on a 3rd called strike literally 1 foot off the plate was a killer. I've also never seen Lee get squeezed so bad in all of 2011, so obviously he won't be effective if he's not getting the corners. For example, the pitch where Molina should have been called out looking (pitch tracker doesn't lie) and then proceeded to hit an RBI on the next pitch. If Lee is forced to throw it in a tiny zone he's going to get lit up, it's that simple. Fuck Meals, I was surprised he wasn't getting hit by debris from the stands (he's lucky fans can't see pitch tracker), he was that bad. Luckily the Phils are built to withstand such bumps in the road.
