Except we've always had separate threads for regular/post-season for every league. Take the threadcrapping to P&N, Desi.

I don't do P&N anymore... I stopped feeding my inner bigot a while back. Fine you can have you separate thread, but then why is this not a sticky? NFL was... this is discrimination...

The clippers are such an entertaining team. They've withstood Memphis's 2nd game rebound bounce so far. Griffith has rounded his game out a lot, and the they are deep as hell at guard.

I want to see LA vs OKC and LA vs Miami.

How does Memphis leave Randolph on the bench at the end there down only 2?!?

LOL JR Smith. This guy is fun to watch - whether he's doing something amazing or terrible

I'd take a JR Smith on my team 10 times out of 10. The has been seriously undervalued his entire time in the league. When he is feeling it he is as dangerous as any scorer in the league. He does seem to be on the right team for him now though.

I don't see how anyone competes with Miami. They are better than last year, possibly much better. The only team who can really give them a challenge isn't as good as they were last year. (Unless you believe in addition by subtraction). Short of the NBA Finals, I don't see anyone even giving them a challenge.

Injuries will be the only thing that could stop the Heat. The Thunder still haven't figured out how to play defense with the talented roster they have, Brooks hasn't figured out how to manage his roster, and Westbrook hasn't figured out what it takes to win.

Right now it is looking like Miami against NY in the ECF, and OKC against Denver in the WCF. Those should both be entertaining matchups.

GS Warriors shot 64%??!!

131 points and yet I thought they were trying to slow Denver down, lol. I assume they hoped to outrun Denver tonight because of Lee's injury. They certainly did a helluva job. Hopefully I'll get to watch their next game.

Parsons is in a shootout with Durant right now. Is it possible Durant's defense is even worse than last year?

I think I changed my mind, maybe it was good for the lakers to make it cause this looks like a slaughter.

Just wait til it goes back to LA and they start getting all the calls, as home teams usually do, but as that Lakers reaaaally do.

Obviously I was dead wrong on the Spurs/Lakers series..
btw, Skip Bayless tweeted this: "If Steve Blake is out, Spurs will sweep". LOL!

Listening to some lebatarde now. Weird to think that if things go as expected now and a couple odd games against the mavericks are revised, you'd have James finishing up a three-peet and crushing the dreams of Kobe to the new Mike.

Blake out definitely. Nash and Meeks out as well? Eh, the Lakers will have to try REALLY hard to win. Hell, the only reason why the game last night was close was because Blake was playing well.

I like Steve Blake. He's a good guy. But if your playoff success hinges on Steve Blake playing well, you aren't going very far in the playoffs.

I don't disagree, their chances of going anywhere in the playoffs were pretty low, even with Kobe.

Thunder guard Russell Westbrook has a torn meniscus and is out indefinitely.

Looks like a 2-3 week recovery process. Similar to Bosh's injury timetable last playoff, though this is much earlier and won't affect WCF games if OKC makes it that far.

There's no timetable for a return, and apparently the doctors say he "maybe" able to play in the playoffs when he recovers.

Just checked espn.com. Looks like Heat is all but crowned champs this year now.

I'm still hoping Rose will come back and take the Bulls to the new level. Although I do believe they can get pretty far this year even without him.

What I want to see even more than my favorite team win is for Heat to lose.

On the West side, I really like the Warriors. Steph Curry is by far my favorite current player in the NBA (until Rose's return that is hehe)
