Spurs coming on strong right now. Could be the finishing touch...
Overtime but the "old guys" for the Spurs and kicking ass right now. Looks like a 3-0 lead to me!

Spurs big 3 = 54% from the field for 69 points
Memphis big 3 = 37% from the field for 50 points
Can we chill out now all this talk about Gasol being the best big in the league now?
OT: The Blake Griffin Kia commercials have got to be the most stupid commercials currently running on TV. Hell, I feel more dumb just watching them and can't imagine why Kia is willing to pay so much for those truly dumb commercials.
Now: Go Spurs!
2013 is an odd year :hmm:
Here was my prediction before the series started. I still lean towards the heat winning but just barely. I'll go on record saying the heat do not repeat this year. Lose to the spurs in 6. Thats assuming they make it to the finals.I do think the heat beat the pacers but it would not shock me to see the pacers win. Mark it down Paul George is the real deal.

It's not anywhere as bad as the "Shoe" commercial with some guy babbling on about a giant shoe, quick, speed, the shoes, he be quick, the shoes...wtf?
Heat are at best the second best team left in the playoffs. I put them behind San Antonio and possibly the pacers although the pacers and heat are a hairs width of each other.
Happy days ahead indeed.

Have you been watching the playoffs? They walked thru the 1st 2 teams while everyone else had series that were close and went 6-7 games.
The heat aren't as good as many think they are. Wade is hobbled by hIs bum knee more than he's willing to let on. He's manning up and not complaining and still trying to go in bursts, but clearly isn't as effective as a healthy wade would be. That's huge imo.
This seems to be a post season affected quite a bit by who's healthy and who's not, moreso than most years. Who would have thunk the spurs would be one of the healthiest playoff teams.
To be fair, the Spurs cruised through the first round as well (sweeping the Lakers), and the west coast is much, much deeper than the east. The Bucks and a Bulls team that's riddled with injury doesn't compare to the Lakers and the Warriors, and the Heat are having their struggles against the Pacers while the Spurs are handling the Grizzlies quite decidedly. I disagree with oilfield about the Heat (I think they're clearly the best team right now), but the Spurs have been playing their quiet brand of winning basketball just as convincingly as anyone this postseason.
