Lebron's still got almost another decade of good ball to play, judging his accomplishments now is unfair really. He got hung up in Clevelend, Jordan got hung up on the Pistons, only Bryant was able to really flourish early and that is certainly due in no small part to Shaq and Jackson. At least as far as 'winning' goes. Jordan won his first ring 7 years into his career, Lebron won his at 8.

And personally I'd call Jordan and Kobe both bigger douches than Lebron. He made too big of a deal out of the whole "leaving Cleveland" thing but his personal life has been much more subdued and he isn't the hothead on the court Jordan could be. And Kobe is well, Kobe lol.

The way you say this implies that Jordan played for the Pistons, which he did not - I assume you mean he was stopped by them in the playoffs.

I think tonight is for the ring. SA won't win a game 7 in Miami. It's tonight or never.

I agree. They each stole a home game from each other, so we are where we started with the Heat holding home court. The Spurs are supposed to be up 3-2, at least in that sense. The Heat were in a much more precarious position down 3-2 going into Boston in last year's ECF. You never want that game seven on the road.

It is so hard to call this series due to the injuries. I said going into the conference finals that a healthy Wade would ensure an 8-0 or 8-1 streak for the Heat, but the Wade we are getting means 8-6 or 8-5 along that same stretch.

Injuries have decimated Ginobili, and slowed Bosh and Parker. No matter where this finals ends up, it will always be a big "what if". It would have been a better series if both teams were able to go full force at each other each game instead of this piecemeal cover-your-shortcomings thing we have.

I read a nice article today talking about the Heat scoring 132 pts per 100 possessions with Ray Allen on the floor. His running through screens creates problems for SA's base defense they roll out to collapse Lebron. I expect big minutes for Allen, Miller and Battier unless Cole or Chalmers get hot early.

Also, early shots for Lebron instead of Bosh or Wade?

There's no what-if here, Wade just dunked it over Duncan (he's healthy) and Parker shows no slowdown from injury. Players have sporadically played bad, mainly players on the Heat. I'll give you Wade looked injured earlier but then it must be minor for him to heal this quickly the past few games, owning everyone left and right after he looked like a ghost.

Parker has not slowed down, his 6 pt game was moot because they almost won by 40. Minor injuries in the finals are expected after an extended season.

Maybe you forget, the heat ran over several teams in these playoffs who were truly "decimated" by injury, and almost lost to the Pacers who had an allstar out for the season. Granger in, Heat may not even be in the finals. That's the bigger what-if.

Wade did not look right on that dunk. The rotation was so slow I could have drove that lane and scored and Wade barely got there.

i guess a healthy wade would be putting up 40/15/10 (no), check his last 2 game stats. Old wade is back.

SA has zero offensive boards. When Duncan has the ball you'll see no Spurs near the basket. They're not going to get any offensive boards, they're guarding the fast break.

Both teams have 6 boards.

LOL at crawford calling the same call a blocking foul now. He did that because the ball didn't go in, again why is this guy switching games constantly to control the game?

Most annoying NBA team on the court now ever?
Lebron
Battier
Birdman
Ray Allen
Wario chalmers

Ginobli attempted 0 shots, disappeared again. Parker with only 2.

Who can Parker guard? He is such a liability.

GINOBLI IS HORRIBLE!!! Weak on D, worse on O.

Duncan wants it.

The rest of their team is playing pretty bad. Heat have locked Parker down, their offense is just Duncan. At some point, Duncan is going to miss...I don't see them getting any boards the way they're positioned to stop the fast break.

Chalmers has to be shut down and Ginobli needs to get chewed out. Dude fumbling the ball all over, doesn't make the assist read, taking poor shots and taking no shots. 0 pts, 1 assist, 1 rebound, 1 turnover
