Ugh, so sick of the heat.
I'm sick of their uniforms, their colors, the arena, the ugly ugly ugly white t-shirts they give everyone, sick of hearing the names dwade, lebron, bosh.
Don't worry just have to endure then 4 more days
Go spurs go
Not at the top of the list, but probably one of the reasons -Why all the hate? Is it because they are good?

Spurs win the title. Anywhere from 5-7 games.
I think the spurs are the better team from top to bottom. Bosh and Birdman will get mauled inside. Chalmers and Wade lit up by Parker.
I'm down with another Texas team punking bron bron.

Sports talk guys in Philly were breaking it down like this:
Miami has the higher ceiling
But
The Spurs have been playing better and if Miami is inconsistent against the Spurs like they were against the Pacers, SA will win
Miami matches up against SA better than they did against the Pacers
But
The Spurs are a better team than the Pacers.
Should be interesting.
Spurs are better than the pacers but much less of a matchup problem to miami than the pacers.
How so? Spurs have length and can play big, or they can go small and play fast.
The don't pound the post with their bigs. They set high screens for their ball handlers to navigate through while keeping off ball players in motion. You can say they will play big, but it doesn't mean big in the traditional sense.
Find a game over the last two years where they became a post centric offense and let me know which game it is, because I missed it. I think the appropriate differentiation would be to say the Pacers play a power game and Miami plays a speed game. The absurdly high number of calls in the ECF favors power and hinders speed.
As I said before both respective conference finals, Miami and SA play a variation of the same game. It is a finesse/speed game. It is meant to stretch defenses and exploit mismatches. They both utilize a ton of movement and have a great ball distributor with very capable secondary ball distribution.
Where they diverge is that Miami is much more likely to move the ball around for an open shot while SA will run their ball handler through 3, 4 or 5 screens in a single 24 second possession looking for an opening.
Also, who do you think will defend Parker? I'm curious, because I doubt Wade will given the amount of screens he will have to run through - Chalmers or Cole will be the only option, but whomever is chasing him will be dog tired for offense.

Miami will probably blitz the guards and go for a high court trap on him as much as they can. Or at least fake it and force him into a pass and have somebody jump the lane for a steal. It's going to be a *fast* game. Both teams are going to be pushing the ball hard.
OKC last year?
Warriors this year, I believe that was the 18 assist game.
Good point. That same Warriors team we saw this year, with just a small portion of playoff savvy, would have won that Spurs series. They dominated most of the game and SA was able to "old man game" them into submission late.
The Spurs play the speed game well. Mostly their execution is what sets them apart from anyone else doing it. But when a legitimately faster team comes along (OKC, GS, Miami) the youth and talent (physical) differential becomes apparent. If the younger team can actually execute they will win (see OKC last year) and if they don't they will lose (see GS this year).
If you are betting that Miami is closer in execution and experience to GS than OKC then the Spurs are the pick.
