What do you guys think of my team? This is the final!

With McCoy back, both Brown and McCoy are far from locks so thinking Morris and Gore

WR is tricky. Want to go with Colston and Lloyd but Amendola and Hilton may be good too!

Which def? SD or Colts?

Definitely stick with the RBs you have in now. No way of knowing how the Brown/McCoy split will go. When a coach says that a backup RB will be "in the mix" it historically means that backup will get between 1% and 70% of the carries.

Colston is slumping hard and has the worst matchup. It sounds crazy but I might actually bench him for Hilton. Going up against the Chiefs, on a team that passes a ton, and on a hot streak... he's a home run threat. And in a league with so few starting positions I think that's what you need as opposed to safe choices like Colston and Amendola. Oh and definitely start Lloyd, doesn't get any juicier than that.

I am personally going Chargers defense over Colts. Just dropped the Colts D in favor of the Chargers D. The Chargers defense has actually been pretty good this year, unlike the Colts. Last week we saw what happens when you start a bad defense (Lions) based solely on the matchup (Cardinals) and I'm too gun shy to do something like that.

Thanks! Agree on all points! I am going to go with Gore and Morris along with SD def. Lloyd and Hilton seem to be the strongest on the WR front. Now only if Graham will get out of his slump!

Game time in an hour so I'm going to ask some last minute advice! Which two do I play?

Michael Turner
Pierre Garcon
Roddy white
Danny Amendola

Roddy White FTW. Too bad my opponent has Matt Ryan.

I have Ryan and Julio.

Give Julio a 50 yard TD catch and then you can start throwing to Roddy again.:awe:

This is the first year I've hooked a good QB with a top notch receiver. It's worked out well. Of course people thought I was stupid for drafting Matt Ryan in my league...gave 23 bucks for him in auction league.

In my league's scoring, Roddy White has 30 points.

He's got 26 in mine. PPR, 25 yards per point, 6 per TD in my league.

I keep yelling for a Lions score. Falcons have this nasty tendency to let up/let off the gas when they are up 2 possessions. I don't get it.

Here's what receivers can do in my non-ppr league.
8 yrds/1 pt. 8 pts for a TD. Receivers can get big. we've done this for two years now and I like the scoring. Just a slight modification from standard.

The 4th TD pass by Ryan was awful D by Detroit. My opponent has Ryan and I have Megatron.

For my flex:

Gore (against Seattle) or
Ballard (against KC)

I just wish I could pick up someone to replace Miles Austin as my second WR. Jennings and Nicks have not panned out.

Shorts and Amendola are on the WW if I want to grab one.

Shorts and amendila would be good pick ups.

How Cecil shorts is still available is stunning.

I've stuck with Nicks all season. Done me pretty good. Non ppr.

I also have Ballard and he's must start for me. They have nobody else to run to and should get a good lead and pound the run. But I'm in a 14 man league.

Wilson or Bradford or Dalton.

Any advice?

Is it a 2 qb league or really deep? Or has everybody hounded QBs?

I don't know those guys much but if that's all you have look to home field and defense rankings.

I like Shorts and Amendola both a lot this week. Especially Shorts. How many open slots do you have?

Probably Wilson.

Hope no one benched Roddy White today.

We are in my leagues semi finals. Guy in the other matchup benched Roddy White for Tony Gonzales, ouch.

I started Julio Jones in my matchup, guy I am going up against started Mikel Leshoure. I was happy with Julio's numbers but really wished Leshoure did not get that touch down. I'm not overly worried though, the only way I can really lose is if the Cowboys/Saints game is wacky and low scoring since I have quite a few people in that game (Drew Brees, Dez Bryant, Lance Moore).

Even if I do win next week will be tricky since I doubt Julio will be doing a whole bunch

Short bench. I can open a slot up by dropping McCoy (isn't getting the full load) or Crabtree (WRs have not done so well in Seattle).

I have Peterson and Morris at RB right now. Still trying to decide between Gore and Ballard. I am heavily leaning towards Ballard as KC defense is not good at all.

Austin is iffy. They are playing against New Orleans. Romo should be throwing all over the place in them. Romo is my starting QB as well.

It's close but I would go with Frank Gore, he tore up Seattle in the last matchup.

I may regret playing the 49ers D/ST with Justin Smith out but oh well. I like the fact that it is a late game and my opponent does not have anyone from the 49ers or Seahawks so I may not even have to start them.
