Why not buy on the way down in small chucks? You might not get the bottom price but at least you'll have a few shares.
I might get greedy. Vrtx is over $2 already this morning. I haven't sold any yet.
Been upgraded by a number of analyst with a target between $65 - $100.

Any chance Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac will recover in the coming years? Right now they are below a dollar, so I was considering putting $500 on one of them.
"Greece In A Capsule - Here’s the outlook on Greece from Wall Street watering holes. If a coalition government is formed or looks to be formed, global markets may rally. Any coalition is unlikely to make progress on goals, since austerity is political suicide. There will likely be another election around June 10/17. A workable majority/plurality remains unlikely, so back to square one. Therefore, Greece will be unable to attain goals by the deadline (June 30). Lacking aid funds, pensions are suspended and government workers are laid off. Protestors take to the streets and government is forced to revert to drachma to avoid social chaos. Pass the peanuts, please."

"Given both the ECB (we must give LTRO time to work) and the Fed (it would be reckless to risk inflation for a few jobs) appear to be disappointing the addicts in the equity markets, perhaps it is time to reflect on what the relative size of the Fed and ECB balance sheets say about the new normal fair-value for EURUSD. Given the current levels, it appears 1.20 is not such a leap of faith here. Or alternatively, assuming all else equal, the market is obviously still pricing $700 billion in more QE by the Fed."

Ugh. What's going on today?

I'm actually up, on the strength of ARNA (bought last week, not sure if I'm going to hold through Thursday). Everything else is killing me though.i'm about 15% poorer than I was yesterday.
I followed your advice with a purchase of OCZ, 1000 shares at $5.09.
Many traders have said when your stock doubles you immediately sell half. Remember DNDN.
Good luck. Its still a great position to be in.
At first I thought you meant the stock price itself was just over $2.00
Now at $5.11 ??? ???
So, how many people bought APPL in the $600s?

I'm genuinely curious -- how many figures are you worth?

We knew AAPL would drop eventually but this stopped me from buying at the $450 range. My fear of the eventual drop prevented me from realizing the ride up to $640.
Does anyone have any thoughts on RIMM? It seems to me that it remains a waiting game with little change since January. Yes, the stock has reached a low. Is this bottom? It has a chance to recover by fall if their product impresses. Are the odds better than the RMBS game?
