I'm actually glad that the Spurs lost - I was worried a sweep would give them too much rest. They should wrap it up this Thursday, though. Their defense in the first half was abysmal - but I knocked out and didn't get to see the second half, kind of figured the Spurs were going to lose.

In short, they choked, like always they choked. I saw the classic symptoms early on and predicted the result at the end of 1st quarter.

...Big Shot Bosh perhaps?

I was really hoping Brooklyn would pull out that win and even it at 2-2, it would have made the series much more interesting.

Spurs had to come back to earth at some point, impressive four game streak though.
"For my money," Bosh is one of the most overpaid players in the league. I've heard for years that he's sacrificed his game for LeBron and D-Wade. Surely there's some of that, but he's also riding on their coattails. I think he look like 3 field goal attempts inside the 3 point line last night.

"Clutchness" is a little overrated, if he's putting up 15/8 through 3 quarters, they wouldn't need him to make a big play late in the game. He's supposed to be a perennial All-Star and self-proclaimed future HoFer, not a glorified role player averaging 16/7 as a 6-foot-11 long distance shooter.

It'll be interesting to see if he'll opt out of 2 guaranteed seasons with a huge cap/luxury tax hit. There's no way the Heat will offer Bosh a max 4 year deal unless LeBron demands it.

Well I figured it's kinda tough living in the shadow of LeBron and Wade, plus they're always there to have big games so he's taken a back seat in terms of production.

In my opinion, he's really stepped up when they needed him though, on both sides of the flloor

Not only that, but he is BY FAR the most efficient jump shooting big in the game. Any other big would allow teams to pack the paint and make it easier to defend Wade and Lebron. It goes beyond normal "sacrificing his game" as manly mentioned above, the simple getting less touches and few plays run, and into the offense being designed around Bosh's ability to free up the painted area.

Rewatch some of those Finals games and see where Bosh is on the floor, and where Duncan, Ibaka, or whoever else is guarding Bosh is. When they are 15ft from the basket it changes the dynamics of the game. Spo has built an entire offense around the idea that Bosh is just as vital as Lebron.

Wow Clippers, what the fuck. And that "foul" on Westbrook at the end WHAT THE FUCK!

Never leave the game up to the refs because they will find a way to fuck it up. Rivers is on the news now mad as shit and I feel him. That was a shitty call, they happen all the time in sports. But it sucks when it's a shitty call that decides the game. I don't know if CP3 was fouled at the end, but if they called that BS on Westbrook the play before shit yes CP3 was fouled.

That was one of the worst games I've ever watched... And I'm not even talking about the replay miscall. The execution, the decisions, that was worse than watching high schoolers play.

OKC deserved the ball, but going by the incomplete rules (fouls should really be reviewable) it should have gone to the Clippers. But, I'm not pissed because Doc Rivers is the biggest sore winner/loser coach in the league.

The illegal screen against jordan was bullshit.
The reggie jackson lose ball/foul was bullshit.
The westbrook 3pt foul was the biggest bullshit.
The two non-call on Paul, fuck the NBA.

Well that game didn't end like I expected it too. I didn't get to see the replays in real time (thanks TNT Overtime) but the announcers made it clear that some of the calls at the end were suspect.

On the other hand it was pretty hilarious when the camera zoomed in just after the game ended to some male OKC fan who clearly shed tears when the Thunder pulled out a win there lol.

Also, POLISH HAMMER!

almost 12 hours since the game and I still want to punch a ref in the forehead. I understand bad calls happen, but that last 50 seconds was a total ref fucking up melt down.

I've never seen the refs fvckup a game like that. Hugh Hollins finally deserves to be able to sleep at night.

I know people want to cry about the refs messing up that game, but reality is, that call didn't "doom the Clippers". Their awful play in the last 8 or so minutes did. Even CP said that. He made some incredibly stupid plays at the end and cost them the game, and he owned up to it.

SA played like shit Monday. =( Lebron tried his hardest to carry his team to victory. Worked out well for him.

I have a very strong feeling, cannot shake it off, that Chris Paul threw the game away on purpose, he got a payoff to do so...

I want to see the Spurs play the Clippers. They don't match up well against the Thunder.

Don't count POR out just yet, I know it has never been done before, coming back from 3-0, BUT if it can be done against any team, its the Spurs. Go Blazers, create history

Considering those last few plays and him not even trying to force a shot at the end, I might agree.

I mean, once is OK, twice is understandable, three times is outrageous, 4 times in a row? really? but a top rated all star NBA player on a series deciding game? I don't believe it. I believe even Doc might be involved, for giving him the ball after 3 mistakes. Maybe that's why all the overreaction, to hide his guilt.
