Here's a pic of that snipe by Zetterdude; Not sure if Boston's PP is bad, or Detroit's PK is good. Was that 0-5 for BOS, *with* a 5 on 3?
who the hell thought a 1 pm game on a Monday was a good idea?

Holy crap! Those are little seas of red.Nasty hit on Kronwall last night...

Lotsa Red Wing fan's at the game last night
In before a Via protest of "The Blues don't play hockey. I don't know what you call it, but it's not hockey."Hey!
good win for the Blues last night!! Halak shut them down in the shootout. nice win.
Tough hit on Kronwall in the Wings-Avs game. ouch.
Chappie
Kronwall said of the hit:
"I'm ok. It's just so unnecessary (to put himself in that spot). It was mostly my own fault".
McLeod will probably get a game or two, but I don't think he'll get more.
He shouldn't get more any way
Respect for Kronwall saying that because he should be partly to blame. He knows better then to turn like that and not pay attention to what could happen
That hit is indefensible. McLeod never saw anything other than Kronwall's back. He skated all the way from beyond the blue line looking at Kronwall's back. There was no point where he could have believed he was going to make a legal hit. That's just dirty.
He has an in-person hearing BTW. That is only necessary for suspensions of 5+ games. That doesn't mean he will definitely get 5+ games, but he probably will.
Obviously Kronwall disagrees with you. He admitted it was partially his fault and I think he knows better than you

He was down and out and threw up his leg in desperation. It's not like that was his plan all along. Lots of skill to know to give that a try, and lots of agility to be able to do that very quickly... But also lots of luck that the puck happened to hit his leg, which covered a relatively small portion of the open net. That save was ridonkulous. My wife was yelling at the TV, "He got soooo lucky" I was like, nope, watch the replay, Niemi knew right where to put his leg.
The Avs are no joke. They are playing inspired hockey (especially the goaltenders) with Roy behind the bench. The Avalanche/Pens game had some sick goaltending in it too.
Giggy stood on his head again and shutout Sid & Company.
I believe it was Tretiak who said "When you do your job right, the puck just hits you"He was down and out and threw up his leg in desperation. It's not like that was his plan all along. Good point... But I don't think he had "laying flat on your belly, right foot in the air" in mind.I believe it was Tretiak who said "When you do your job right, the puck just hits you"

So far they're on a good roll. It's a long season though...The Avs are no joke. They are playing inspired hockey (especially the goaltenders) with Roy behind the bench.
You're right, I don't know what I'm talking about.
