Wow got some mighty tasty trade offers in my Auction PPR League. I could really use some advice on this one. My team:
QB: Peyton Manning
RB: Arian Foster, Alfred Morris
WR: Andre Johnson, Cordarrelle Patterson, Michael Crabtree
TE: Antonio Gates
FLEX: Andrew Hawkins

BN: Rashad Jennings, Fred Jackson, Jordan Reed, Terrance West, Knile Davis.

Trade offers (from two separate teams):
Trade 1 Send: Alfred Morris, Andre Johnson Receive: Jamaal Charles, Wes Welker
Trade 2 Send: Rashad Jennings Receive: Mike Wallace

Trade 1 is risky because I'm trading two healthy studs (or at least top 20) for two injured/suspended studs. If Welker and Charles come back by next week to their respective teams, I'll be killing it. I also have T West and Knile Davis as handcuffs/backups.

Trade 2 seems a lot less risky since I'll essentially be giving up a top 20 RB for a top 20 WR (at least so far) and I have more depth in RB (at least as backups).

Option 3 is I could accept both and craziness would ensue. Any thoughts??? I'm torn.

Trade 1 = hell no. JC hasn't shown us shit this year and he seems to be a trainwreck injury-wise. Remember he's also been concussed.

Trade 2 = yes, especially if it's a 3WR league. If one of your WRs goes down, you have zero depth.

Could use some advice. ESPN standard scoring 12 team league

My current RB's

Charles
Jennings
Moreno
Ivory

I have first pick on Waiver Wire tonight. Available are:

Bradshaw
Nile Davis
Jeremy Hill
Rainey
Ridley (ugh, Pats RB's)

Who would ya take, and who would ya drop. I'm debating between Ivory and Moreno for dropping. Normally, if Moreno weren't injured, I'd drop Ivory. But who knows when Moreno will be back. I suppose the plus on Moreno is his injury isn't foot related, but the elbow thing could seriously impede his blocking and recieving.

Out of my waiver options I really like Davis and Hill. The thing causing me to hesitate on Davis is Charles could be back quickly, and if he is, then I may have passed on a prime chance to get in on Hill when I could. I also don't like handcuffing or carrying two players of the same position from the same team.

Any advice appreciated.

Edit: Also Gates was dropped Sunday morning. I doubt he'll be there come tomorrow. I'd take him, but I have Gronk and Kelce. It would be unwise to drop Kelce for Gates...right?...right?
1) Drop Moreno over Ivory for sure.
2) Word on the street, and I'm talking all major outlets (ESPN/Roto/Numberfire/PFF) is that Knile Davis has RB1 skills. I think Roto said to burn your WW pick on it, even if you have the #1 pick (which I do in 1 league). The Chiefs aren't going to risk it with JC this week, and maybe not even next week. High ankle sprain basically fucked Roddy White's season away last year. My bet is on Knile.
3) J.Hill plays in a tough run division and is an unproven rookie RB2 tops.
4) RE: Kelce for Gates, hell no since you have Gronk. Kelce should get better each week to where he's more of a dynamic threat than Gates' red zone ability.

Welp, Charles may be out, so help me pick RBs to put in. Obviously Morris is in, but I'm a little weary about Williams and McFadden. They just aren't the same as they used to be. I'm not thrilled about any of the waiver pickups because they split carries.
Team:
A. Morris
D. Williams
D. McFadden

Wavier:
A. Bradshaw
S. Ridley
P. Thomas
J. Stewart
J. Forsett

I'd put P.Thomas ahead of all of them except Morris since Ingram went down. Next Ridley who should be started against weak run D's (like this week), next Stewart or Forsett and then Bradshaw (big injury risk due to running style). I would drop Williams (already injured and has zero upside) and McFadden (annual injury risk on a horrible team).

Ehh offered Morris for Charles straight up. I have Davis who should be great until charles gets back. Just hard to say no to a "stud" RB. Trade 2 fell through since he traded to someone else.

Gonna try and pick up James Jones from the WW to have SOME wr depth.

How's my roster look (12 team, PPR) - I just blew a big portion of my FAAB acquiring Knile Davis and Bobby Rainey:

AP has been asked to stay away from team activities with an unspecified return time.

They are saying until his legal issues are resolved. And that doesn't look like until 2015.

Should I drop AP at this point? I could really use the roster space for another RB.

So I took Bradshaw instead of Niles Davis with my first pick in waiver last night. I'm hoping that was the right call. I was 50/50 on it, but my gut tells me Jamaal Charles will fight to come back soon, and explode when he does, to show the #1 spot is his. At least that's what I'm banking my decision making skills on anyhow, haha.

I also really like Hill. He may have a tough schedule, but he was too tempting to pass on, so I dropped Ivory for him. I do like Ivory's match up, but I have a feeling Hill might just be a hot commodity here soon. Depending on what he does, I may use him as trade bait.

Speaking of trades, what do you guys think of this proposal I made:

I give McCown and Rashad Jennings, I get Cutler. Brady is my QB1, and we all know how that's going right now. She has Brees, and needs RB depth, so my pitch to her was, "Realistically, when are you ever gonna start Cutler over Brees? And you need Jennings."

She said she's gonna "ponder on it". Thoughts?

Should I offer monte ball and maclin for Brandon Marshall? Is that enough? Too much?

Too much for him, should just be a Ball for Marshall trade IMO - gotta sell high for ball, particularly since his season is "easy" during the playoffs.

Just got a trade worked out today.

Gave: Arian Foster, Randall Cobb, Jason Witten
Got: Antonio Brown, Jamaal Charles, Russell Wilson

I have Josh Gordon sitting on my bench too, so if Jamaal returns to anywhere close to last year, I should be riding high later in the season. I still have Le'veon Bell and DeMarco Murray to cover RB even if Charles doesn't work out.

Haha, Victor Cruz finally came through for me. One of the teams in my league was torn asunder with all the recent injuries and drama. Snagged up Eddie Lacy for Victor Cruz and Stevan Ridley.

Now my team is:

QB1 Romo
WR1 Brandon Marshall
WR2 Cordarrelle Patterson
Flex Le'Veon Bell
RB1 Matt Forte
RB2 Eddie Lacy
TE Zach Ertz
K Matt Bryant

Bench:
R. Tannehill
Vernon Davis ('til he recovers)
Mike Wallace
Anquan Boldin
Markus Wheaton
(empty bench)

Def. New Orleans

Now... with my extra slot should I pick up Mark Ingram and store him for later?

This weeks line up. Any advice. Pretty much all the good RBs are not available via free agency and I'm lucky enough to have both Moreno and Charles.

QB: Rodgers
WR: Cobb
WR: Patterson
RB Ahmad Bradshaw
RB: Johnson
TE: Walker
W/T: Floyd
W/R: Brian Quick

K: Bryant

DEF: Carolina

BN: Buffalo
BN: Ladarius Green
BN: Big Ben (QB)
BN: Britt
BN: Jamal Charles
BN: Moreno

The saving grace is that this week I am up against a weak opponent in fantasy and next week I am #5 (of 12) on the waiver list so I might be able to grab a different RB.

Wow I didn't even have to read who was posting this to know it was from SP33Demon.

Of course you trade alfred morris for the #1 overall pick. Especially when you already have his backup you can plug in until he is healthy.

And then you tell him to trade a starting RB for some worthless WR3. Jesus man.

So, pick one from Miles Austin v. BAL, Wes Welker @ SEA, or gimpy A.J. Green v. TEN?

Already took a zero from AJ Green last week which helped me lose the week by a fraction of one point so I'm a bit leery of a repeat.

I'll start one tonight, I'll set the cap at 5 players? It has to be full otherwise it won't run. We can slowly bump it up. Hopefully you guys don't mind skipping the thursday game. Gives us more time to get players
