Two guys I've been avoiding early are Lacy and Julio Jones. I may be eating crow at the end of the year, but Lacy's running style will catch up with him like last year + college, he's like a bull in a china shop. Julio's foot just worries the hell out of me. I went a little outside of the box this year and took Demarco Murray first and then Jordy in a PPR 0.5 league. My other one (passing league) I went Brees>Demarco. You absolutely cannot mess up your first two picks or you're fucked, according to Matthew Berry (ESPN).
Also consider that Green Bay had the worst run blocking OLine in the NFL last year while Dallas finished 20th and are getting some hype this year (improved). Of course Murray is always an injury risk, but he's working with a better OLine and tries to avoid contact and kick it outside vs Lacy's in-your-face style + Linehan should give Murray a lion's share of touches for PPR. I look for consistency more than high ceiling this year, esp since RB1's have a steep dropoff after the top 6.
One guy that is intriguing and still on my waiver wires is Kelce. When will KC give this guy a shot over Fasano? He put up an almost identical SPARQ score to Gronk so the physical tools are there. I'm going to pick him up as a shot in the dark before the first game to fill out my final bench slots in both leagues. Of course we did that with Ladarius Green last year and he didn't get much of a chance either, however he still has Antonio Gates to contend with whereas Kelce has an easier path.
