You can analyze and overthink until you are blue in the face. It's still largely a game of luck and matchups. I'm the text book example of that. I routinely have the highest scoring overall points in a league but it never fails that I just get punked on a weekly basis by the highest scoring teams that week. I think that happened 6 or 7 weeks last year to me.

Fantasy football is about 25% skill/knowledge, 25% management and the rest is pure dumb luck.

Are you trying to belittle my winning of the Super bowl last year after squeezing into the playoffs as an 8th seed?

Ok so apparently when you create a league you need to specify how many players, and each spot must be filled otherwise the contest is void. If we can get a final number of people who want to join by Saturday night or Sunday morning, we can do it. Might be a pain figuring it out each week but we can try. I don't think I'll be available to set it up this week though, so someone else will have to take charge

I never thought Lacy was a good mid first round pick but people are overreacting. I will gladly offer low ball trades to owners wanting to bail on Lacy.

Same. I was really shocked when some people had him as #5 overall. He is an animal running the ball tho, kinda like how shockey was. I'm trying to figure out a trade after week 1's numbers.

Ellington won't have his injury report out until tomorrow. I'm swapping him out in my leagues for someone else. Even if he does play, I bet he is limited. First game of the season, why risk a long term injury.

I'd still take Tate over Sproles this week. Just not sure what the role of Sproles is going to be.
Tate should be good for 3 or 4 receptions which is about what I think Sproles will get this week.
