OK need some help here I have the following RBs and need to start one.

Rashad Jennings (NYG) vs. Ten - He is listed as questionable and was quoted as saying he is "definitely not 100 percent"

Giovani Bernard (Cin) vs. Pit - He has not had a very good season thus far.

Ryan Mathews (SD) vs. NE - Could be a high stakes passing game Brady vs. Rivers, not sure how much RB action there will be.

Pick 1: Kaepernick, Alex Smith, or Ryan Fitzpatrick (-5 for interceptions/fumbles, 6 pts for TDs)

Pick 3: Andre Johnson, Julian Edelman, Antonio Gates, Malcom Floyd, Stedman Bailey, Donte Moncrief, Davante Adams (-5 for fumbles, 6 pts for TDs)

All season I had the easiest decisions ever on who to start. All of a sudden the playoffs are here, and I can't figure it out. SOMEBODY PLEASE HALP ME!

Guy I'm playing has D Murray so I'm down 40 points to start.

Need 2 from this list. PPR league.

T Mason @ WSH
G Bernard vs PIT
I Crowell vs IND
J Edelman @ SD

I'd go with Mason + Crowell. If Crowell is still "questionable" on Sunday because of his hip, then conservatively roll with Edelman since it's PPR and he's had a nice run his past 3 games (and has been targeted at least 7 times since week 8). You have to go with a sure thing with who's been most reliable, this is the playoffs. Bernard/Hill are a bit of a question mark, with some analysts saying this game screams Jeremy Hill (since it's Pitt) and others saying Bernard will get more touches since Hill somewhat called out Hue Jackson. Nobody really knows, but it could be a lower scoring divisional game, I like edelman better than bernard.

QB - If you're looking for a higher ceiling, then go with Fitz. If you are going conservative, then Alex Smith - however, AZ stuffs the run and Smith may have to throw a bit more than normal (which can be bad for his pop gun arm). Overall I'd go with Fitz and not overthink it too much, it's JAX we're talking about - their pass coverage is in the bottom 5 and a good 5 spots below the Titans who Fitz immolated. The small risk is that Arian goes hog wild and they don't need the passing game and/or the defense eviscerates them (see StL vs Oak for evidence of minimal passing necessity). However, no way I'd play Kap, he hasn't thrown for more than 1 TD for the past 6 weeks. You could say "he's due", but I'm not fucking with it in this crucial a week.

Receivers -
1) Johnson - have to live or die by your studs and his matchup is more favorable than Hopkins (with mccray on him) this week. Yes, he does have 3 fumbles but I wouldn't worry about it.
2) Gates - same as 1, play your studs.
3) Definitely not Floyd b/c of Gates (minimize risk in case SD passing attack does horrible) and Revis on him. Moncrief plays less than half the game + boom or bust, not a fan of that. Edelman in non-PPR is meh, he only has 2 TDs on the year and one of those was with Gronk on limited snaps. Adams - Jordy or Cobb and/or the defense and Lacy should eat so I don't think they'll go to him much, although his matchup vs McClain is tasty and he could break a few big chunks as a result. That leaves Bailey, who has a dream matchup but got less snaps last game (and the game before that) than Britt and Tavon Austin. Ugh. With your current options, I'd go Moncrief and hope for a "boom" week - Joe Haden will be on TY Hilton and Williams on Wayne which should open up the rest of the field for Moncrief who has Buster Skine on him. Buster is burnable and Moncrief has the freak physical talents to find the end zone, despite his limited snaps - he dwarfs Buster from a physical standpoint. Not to mention that Luck has a 151 rating when throwing to him! If you don't like Moncrief's low snaps, then I'd roll with Bailey as the next highest end zone probability. Just be prepared for a bust from either one of them.

Big Ben vs Cin
or
Tannehill vs. Bal?

I'd go with Ben, his upside is higher although his numbers are a bit lower on the road. Unless you think your other players will boom, then go Tannehill (more conservative). On paper Tannehill does have the easier matchup at home.

Jennings is active. I'd take him against the Titans. Gio would be my second choice.

Funny, I just swapped Mathews in for Jennings. CBS is saying expect 10-15 touches for Jennings. Can't imagine the Giants over-working him considering they have nothing to play for.

EDIT - OK I'm putting Jennings in and hoping for the best.

I'm making my suggestion with the bias that I've just never liked Matthews.

But you're right about the Giants having nothing to play for. Either way you go, good luck!

Great .... left for a hike with my son at 11 am or so. I get home at 3 PM and wonder why Torrey Smith sucked it. Oh, pregame his knees were inflamed or some crap. Had issues Friday that I knew about but figured it was a temporary problem. But the news about his knees came out probably half an hour after I left with my son. So, there was 0 points. I guess he actually did play in a decoy role.

Then Reggie Wayne catches 1 pass on 8 targets. Thanks for the 5 yards buddy!

4:30 comes. Let's see what Jamaal does.
Jamaal Charles was at 21 points at half time. TEARING IT UP!!! Then in the second half he got something like 10 more yards. Awesome. Gave me a solid 22 points. Maybe 23. Does it matter? Not really.

So, I'm down by 54.74 points. I have Cobb and Rodgers left on Monday night against Atlanta. My opponent has no one left. They are projected at about 35 points total. So barring a miracle I am screwed.

My only hope is that Atlanta has one of the worse defenses in the league. And Green Bays is not so hot either. But both team have potent offenses. OK, Green Bay's offense is awesome. But still, both are in the top 50% for total offensive yards. But both give alot of yards too. If it is a shoot out there is some hope. Sadly, the game is at Green Bay. It is going to be cold (32 degrees) but it doesn't look like snow. Small chance of some rain though. Considerable cloudiness. Low 28F. Winds NNW at 10 to 15 mph.

Yeah, my opponent has 2 to go and would have 21 points if it weren't for Le'Veon Bell...fucking 41!!!!!!!!

Jimmy Graham sucking it up good once again. i need Edelman and Julio Jones to get less than 24 to make it to the championship game.

Jimmy Graham. BUST CITY. Thanks for the 2 points in the playoffs.

I'm done after this year in Fantasy football. Been doing it for 10 years and time to hang it up. Got better things to do on Sundays with my family than scream at the TV or my cell phone.

Be glad you're not the guy playing me. By the time Thursday's game was over, I already beat his projected.

It's a superflex spot - I could have put Smith Sr. or Johnson in and gotten another 5 points. I made a lot of trades that got me to that point, as well as some great waiver wire pickups that landed me the all-out lineup I have now.

Oh, I should mention I have Julius Thomas on my bench - assuming he comes back next week, I should have him for the last two playoff games.

Destroyed the number 1 seed after just sneaking into the playoffs. Law of averages, bitches. Can't get the most points scored against me every single week (just maybe every other week now haha). Now 2 more wins.

#1 seed and me(#2 seed) would have lost this week against the 7 and 8 seeds had we had a 8 team playoff instead of a 6 team playoff with 2 byes. lol
