You're pretty well off at RB, why do you want Forsett?

I am just not sure about Stacy, Miller and Bradshaw. Stacy burned me last week and Miller/Bradshaw are also no guarantees. Want to see if I can pick someone who can be more of a consistent performer.

I'll be honest, I went in on Forsett against everything the pros have said. Is he a journeyman? Yes. Is he more of a scatback, change of pace guy? Yup. He's never stayed somewhere more than a season.

I also live in Houston, where I've been able to watch Kubiak since he came here and I think his run schemes work well for a player like Forsett. He's not a guarantee, it really depends how Pierce does as well.

Yea... This lineup almost never happens in a 12 man. Great team overall.

My 4th pick in a 12 man went, forte, Ellington and Cruz. Cobb, brown and nelson went right before me and I panicked because I wanted a wr.

I got lucky, I was prepared for a WR or TE as my 1st choice but a lot of people kept picking QB's as their first choice and magically Forte became available for me on the 9th pick. And this is a PPR league!

I will say this, one guy in my league first 3 picks went M. Stafford, C. Kaepernick and S. Gostkowski, yes, he picked a kicker third. This is his team.

1. (7) Matthew Stafford (Det - QB)
2. (18) Colin Kaepernick (SF - QB)
3. (31) Stephen Gostkowski (NE - K)
4. (42) Emmanuel Sanders (Den - WR)
5. (55) Dennis Pitta (Bal - TE)
6. (66) New England (NE - DEF)
7. (79) Golden Tate (Det - WR)
8. (90) Carlos Hyde (SF - RB)
9. (103) Terrance West (Cle - RB)
10. (114) Andre Williams (NYG - RB)
11. (127) Mike Evans (TB - WR)
12. (138) Danny Amendola (NE - WR)
13. (151) Heath Miller (Pit - TE)
14. (162) Brian Hartline (Mia - WR)
15. (175) Ronnie Hillman (Den - RB)

Unfuckingbelievable ESPN's fantasy servers unresponsive AGAIN

teh hax?

I would not be surprised if Anonymous et al start launching some DDoS attacks on the various NFL-related sights in response to all of the recent scandals.

I think going after fan-related sights (FF) for such a cause, would be a legit target in their minds (and not that I disagree, tbh)

I'm not thrilled with ESPN's mobile app either. Sunday night during the Denver/Indy game they were doing maintenance on the app. WTF? It was only for like 15-30 minutes but come on.

I joined a couple $1 and $2 tournaments. Might try a 50/50 league later.

I was surprised how well I did in my draftkings leagues last week, I owe thanks to Zach Ertz, Calvin Johnson, Emanuel Sanders and Russel Wilson.

This week I am putting Demaryius Thomas in most my leagues, his price is not bad and I am expecting a bounce back. Also taking a flier on Harry Douglas and Carlos Hyde in some leagues.

FOX Sports' Mike Garafolo predicts an eight-game suspension for Josh Gordon if the NFL and NFLPA agree to a new drug policy.
Garafolo's "educated guess" is based on information from a variety of sources. Garafolo emphasizes that things are changing "minute to minute." ESPN's Adam Schefter has reported the sides would like to reach an agreement by Thursday evening, but it's not considered a slam dunk.

8 games, hmm. That would still give us 7 games assuming you make it to the final round of the playoffs (week 16). Nice.

I only did a free one last week.. ended up in the top half. I'm working on who I want to go for this week now.

Who should I start?

Toby Gerhart (vs. WAS)
Ryan Mathews (vs. SEA)
Darren Sproles (vs. IND)

I'm leaning towards Sproles.

I'd rank them:
Gerhart
Sproles
Matthews

That is provided Gerhart comes off the injury report today (will probably be listed as probable which would be fine).

All three of them are pretty equal and I don't think it will make much of a difference which one you pick.
Whose secondary do you think is the worst? Chicago (ugh), Detroit (not as ugh) or Oakland (also ugh).

Steve Smith Sr. looks like he has been rejuvenated with the change of scenery and has been Flacco's favorite target through 2 weeks. Get him while you still can. Marcus Wheaton also looked good last night before the Steelers started falling apart

I was gunning for Smith in my two leagues but he went a pick or two before I got to him in the 8th-9th rounds. I think he'll put up a good 6 weeks up front and then fizzle out later into the season. He always ends up with some sort of nagging injury that hampers his ability.

All I know is Torrey Smith is about to be stuck on my WW. Can't believe I started his ass this week.

T Smith is a perennial big potential player. But he ends each season with one or two big games, a couple average ones, and then a lot of nothing.

Yep. I don't want anything to do with streaky players.

That's' why I skipped him and went with Cordarrelle Patterson. :awe:

Yeah I drafted him but there are a lot of mouths to feed in a rushing offense. He's supposed to be playing the Andre Johnson role in Kubiak's Offense but it's looking like S.Smith has taken on that role so far and Torrey = Deandre Hopkins. lol. That will change later but also keep in mind that Flacco doesn't care who you are, he will just look for the open man. And it's entirely possible that Torrey isn't doing enough to get open. I'm not bailing on him since Flacco proclaimed that Torrey would get "100 catches" but that prophecy has seemed hollow so far with Torrey sporting a -1.7 grade through 2 games, a 44.4% catch rate of passes thrown to him, and 1 Drop. The good news is that Baltimore's OLine is not in the red this year which means there is some extra time in the pocket for Flacco to find Torrey.
